I wouldn't have written this before my first law school class, let alone once licensed. If this is real, Mr. Diamond should feel lots of shame. I'm surprised there wasn't a press conference at the Four Seasons to release these very damning allegations.

Also, Mr. Diamond is a criminal defense attorney and not licensed in Michigan.

P.S. Is Devon Bush Devin's alter ego?

that dude's name has more Ds in it than an [remainder of post deleted--rob f]

1) A lot of off-color stuff is allowed to slide by on the board; however, this goes too far over the line; and

2) I'm not aware of any prior history of objectionable posts made by you.

I believe the following to be sufficient in addressing the situation at hand:

A sizable minority of those who frequent the MGoBoard to read and post are women.  We're not going to look the other way here and allow offending them or, for that matter, anyone else who expects better here.

Enough said.

I hope the family is not paying anything more than a ham sandwich for this letter and representation. For a $25 starbucks gift card I could produce a more impactful letter.

Dude is getting ruthlessly made fun of on twitter

Southwestern offers the longest-running two-year accelerated J.D. program in the country. Known as SCALE, the program features an accelerated law school curriculum that challenges students to master analytical reasoning and legal writing skills while remaining sensitive to ethical obligations and client needs.

The nation saw two gangs of their clowns beating down two of our guys. No amount of horseshit undoes that. They're doing this for their own miserable egos, second-class program and school that they've always been. Hell, we get it--it must really grate. But when it drives you to lame justifications of evil, you probably need to find some other hobbies.

proof that some of the lowest forms of life are allowed the use of "Esquire" after their name.  Of course they are the few, not most... but they stick out like a cauliflower ears after a basic training haircut.

"While we acknowledge wrongdoing by all parties...."

I guess he just gave up his client with that comment and has pleaded guilty if charges are filed by the prosecutor.

I mean, if I were TRYING to come up with a spoof that was more on-brand for Sparty, I would fall well short of this.  It's like watching a commercial and wondering whether it came from SNL.

Knew this, or something like this, was coming. Last week I saw some hubbub on Twitter about a Michigan player attacking an MSU player right before they got on the bus to go back to East Lansing. The person who posted it was a "fan" who then retweeted the MSU player's mom's tweet, which essentially said, "We like and trust this fan and give him permission to tell our story." No evidence, no police report, no statement from the university, just the mom. And I thought, they know a lawsuit is coming and they're trying to sway public opinion, or undermine the suit in some way.

If you read a long way down through the twitter feed, (can't believe I actually did), Tom Mars weighs in:

Could be legit Brian, but that looks fake to me. No Hollywood lawyer with a flashy website would put out a news release that’s riddled with spelling and grammar mistakes. Also, a Hollywood lawyer would most likely use his 💎 letterhead. And the phone # doesn’t match the website.

Don't know why that blue diamond copied so large.  Was tiny on twitter.

Trigger Warning: Politics

This is a very Trump-y style move. Muddy the waters, distract with outrageous claims, ignore the merits of the case...

Right, because <insert politician name here regardless if a R or a D follows their name> is a bastion of transparency and integrity.

GTFOH with your trigger warning bullshit.
