7 weeks 6 days ago	This is the game	that proves what most teams have come to realize, which is that it is absolutely worth a few extra losses to either play in a tough conference or load up the pre-confreence schedule with some meaty games.  One other observation -- if virtually every betting person realized that the Zags were way overseeded, what's up with the selection committee?  Also, Oregon State.

8 weeks 9 hours ago	Huge Win	Supporting case has been VERY supporting.  We now have five offensive threats on the court at tipoff.  Doubt we will matchup as favorably the rest of the way as we did today.  That said, Trey must have at least one dominating game in the tourney, and Kansas has had a tough time this year against the top PGs in the country.  And, do not rule out another game against the Gophers.
8 weeks 9 hours ago	Sweet Sixteen, Baby	VCU drew a very, very bad matchup for their game, and we definitely get credit today for taking care of business.   Big man was big.  Time for the other two bigs to rest and get their heads on; we will need them as we go forward.
8 weeks 10 hours ago	When they double down on the press	we need to double them up on the scoreboard.  Remember PSU, fellas.  This is a bad matchup for VCU.  Everyone on the court for us can handle the ball, and our big guy is fast, getting after it, and has great court vision.  We should really put them away early on in the second half.  No real need for Horford/Morgan today, but if we can hold on here, they'll be needed next week.

8 weeks 1 day ago	Bad Matchup for VCU	no guarantee, but we are good (if not incredibly well-practiced) at beating the press, and there are not a whole lot of teams that can put a hurt on you in transition in very short order like we can.    If Burke can get clear or a double-team, the ball is going to move quickly to the hoop or to the perimiter for a good look at a three.

Got it done with about a 70 percent game from Trey, but great how he did not let shooting funk screw up rest of his game. 4-5 assists on wide open threes b/c defender was sagging to clog lane. Great games from rest of starters. I assume Morgan gives us more than a minute going forward, and that we've seen the worst game Trey will play in tourney. Drive on!
9 weeks 3 days ago	Four years seems like a long time	guy is no longer a kid, and he's had some injury problems.  That said, as long as it's not all guaranteed, he might be a guy who can move and produce in the kind of space that Megatron can provide.  Keeping my fingers crossed.
9 weeks 5 days ago	This shows you who he really is	And, he's not going to change.  Guy who reacts like this after a WIN, fergodsakes, is not likely to handle advertisty well.  Why, I'd bet he's not beneath having his kids flop at the end of a close ... You get the point. Plus, with the great audio on that clip, think of what the MGoGif community will be able to do over the years by pasting someone else in for Meyer. Be great to watch this guy melt down next year as he tries to defend this title without two POY candidates and much of the rest of the supporting cast.

9 weeks 5 days ago	How about a little "act like you've been there before"	which is what good coaches teach kids starting at about fourth or fifth grade.  Good news is he's amped up the rivalry; nothing like being able to stoke the competiive fires with real, live douchnozzlery.

9 weeks 6 days ago	Solid game by Trey	But, Oladipo was better for longer. My guess is he ends up B10 POY, even though he came on about midseason. Makes these FTs or the drive at the end and it might be different. Only positive is that we defended well today. Rebounding was atrocious, but that was due in large part to shit calls at Zeller got all day long.
