it takes the emphasis off of his eyebrows. That's important, because Chewbacca is pissed off and wants them back.

But he's getting it from somewhere? Wellman? Obviously it's not from Hoke, Borges or Mattison. All three are on the see food diet.
As for the Blood diet....let's hope the changes to one where he has to wipe off the blood from opposing RBs and QBs afther he train wrecks their asses with behind the line tackles/sacks.

Not ridiculous Chi BigHouse, not in the least.
The concept was pioneered by Dr. Peter D'Adamo, and although there has been scientific scepticism of the diet, there are some concepts that D'Adamo's promotes that have gained a great deal of traction within the nutritional community. Personally, I work with a naturopath who swears by many of the concepts, but says that it's not an across the board truism.
Here's a chart you can look at:
http://www.drlam.com/blood_type_diet/
I am an "A", and as such, I am supposed to do better as a pretty strict vegetarian. When I first got introduced to this concept around 2000, I tried becoming a vegan as an experiment (I know, I know). After cutting out all meat and dairy, with little exercise, I dropped from 220lbs. down to 175lbs. in a matter of months. I've always been plagued with upper respiratory issues, which completely disappeared while on this strict diet. Take it for what it's worth, but you might want to look into something before you call it, "the most ridiculours" dietary idea you've ever heard.

"Type Os of African descent should avoid dairy products altogether"
I'm lactose intolerant anyway, I'm well on my way to leaner me!

But I've heard others support it.
As an A type diet (A psitive, also for both parents), most types of dairy are supposte to be indigestible, and I'm supposed to avoid any peppers or spices, clams and other seafood, brazil nuts, cashews and similar nuts.
The other day I had an appetizer of little hot sausage bites, plate of extremely spicy clam pasta, a cheese plate and a very small pecan sundae for dinner. The next day I felt the best I had in ages. It might work for some people, but this is so not beneficial for me.

Looks like the D was stopping the O on every play there. This can only mean our defense will be great.

Wrong, the offense is going to suck, everyone panic!!!!!!!!

Man, I forgot how much I liked the old CTK music. Way better than what they have now.

Ima linebacker.
The scariest part of that '10 clip is that Roh thought the D was good.
I don't want him "happy on the field" I want him angy, distubed and full of bad intent. He does rock a unibrow though.

I have to say that, in terms of content, I have enjoyed the 2012 CTK videos to date more than in recent years. Given that it is the second year under the current staff, it is interesting to hear what players - particularly the upperclassmen - have to say.
I enjoyed Roh's perspective on "maximizing time", if you will, particularly in your last year, and I am pretty hopeful that he will continue to give the opposing offense a reason to "fear the brow", a brow which he actually makes work for him.

Craig Roh is one of those lineman that has transformed his body; He looks like a completely different person from 2 years ago. Roh looks to be primed for a big year.
Roh's new position looks to be the natural one for him. Alabama's stud OL is going to know they've been in a football game come September One.
