|5 days 19 hours ago||my take||
My visits have been:
Notre dame: Against stanford and purdue. It was an ok experience, nothing great, then again michigan wasn't there. Nice stadium.
Ohio State: Great experience, good fan interest. It was vs. Navy, so no Michigan again. Plus they almost lost, which was nice.
Purdue: Lost cause
Indiana: See above
Minnesota: You can drink beers which is cool. There weren't a bunch of minnesota fans to be sure, but wasn't an overall great exerience. Minneapolis is alright.
Vanderbilt: See peoples take on northwestern, but the girls are better looking.
Tennessee: Great big stadium experience, although the stadium looks like a cheap roller coaster with scaffolding everywhere. Rocky top is a very annoying 'fight song'.
Wisconsin: My favorite gameday experience outside of michigan, and only second to michigan because I'm a michigan fan. Great bars, tailgating, game experience. I just wish Michigan had won one of those games.

Totally blown away with the Ty Isaac and hockey commit, I'm alright with this guy going elsewhere.

Isn't there a chance he doesn't get the hardship waiver, and decides to go elsewhere?

Any where to watch the hockey game from last night against minnesota?
|24 weeks 1 day ago||Recommend the hilton on High||
Recommend the hilton on High Street. It's nice, medium price. Eat at Northstar cafe if you haven't already. Breakfast at Philco on HIgh street, the fried egg tacos. Drinks at House Beer on High Street and hubbard (chill place, little hipster). Coffee at one line on high street. Lots of those places are new so you probably haven't been there yet.

Can anyone recommend the correct size of hockey sweaters? I'm 6 feet and 165 lbs, wear medium tshirts but was considering a small jersey so it wouldn't be ridiculously big.

I went to the orange bowl in 1999 after making the mistake of not going to the rose bowl the year before.
I enjoyed it, but the next Michigan bowl I'd attend is the national championship or the Rose Bowl.
Otherwise, I'd rather go see a home game at Michigan Stadium then go on the road for a middle tier bowl game.

Cellphone internet service is awful
Lets go blue and fire up campaigns were poor
2014 home schedule is very poor for fans
I don't much care about the price of tickets but they need to worry less about marketing and more about the product on the field, holding the leadership accountable for the on-field product. I know they weren't asking about that, but they will still read it.
|37 weeks 2 days ago||Harbaugh||
That's exactly what I was thinking, I'm a huge niner fan for the time being. I think Jim has family on the west coast though, so it is likely even less likely than not bloody likely.
|37 weeks 2 days ago||Tickets||
Interesting. I'm in my third year of season tickets and am going to the most games this year since graduation (four). Friday I re upped my PSD along with a, what I would call significant, non PSD donation. It is a loss considering the cost and I could just pick two games on stubhub and come out way ahead.

I think highlighting the drum line would be an excellent way to kick up the entertainment at the game without pumping in music. Nothing says college football to me like the drumline, gives me chills when I hear it at the beginning of the season!

His comment on PSU-mich was they Michigan often brings pressure and leaves their corners out on an island. What games has he been watching?
|44 weeks 6 days ago||Tipping off blitzes||
I wish someone would ask Mattison why we tip off so many blitzes and give the opposing QB the opportunity to check to a different play. Is that by design? Or is that a mistake and something they are working on?
|45 weeks 6 days ago||Counter?||
After all that talk about the counter as a possible reaction to their pursuit of the zone run plays, I was hoping we'd ask Al about that.
|47 weeks 2 days ago||No about Johnson.||
I did notice funchess had a lot of trouble running over to the student section after the game. Also has pretty hobbled just walking around. He was smiling and everything so hopefully not a bad injury. I don't however think its a cramp.
|1 year 8 weeks ago||I agree with the fine.||
I agree with the fine. Whether his intent was there or not, using this language is hurtful and Roy Hibbert is a public figure. I don't know if 75,000 was appropriate given what he said, but the NBA can't afford to be seen as insensitive to this issue. Anything he says is a direct reflection on the NBA, and the brand needs to be policed.

Who was the one recruit you lost to Michigan that you most wished had come to Osu?
|1 year 16 weeks ago||ridiculous||
From an admitted 'watch-nut' who spends way too much time online on watch websites, and way too $$$ on collecting watches, the price for this piece is totally out of wack. The alligator straps are a reasonable price compared to others, i.e. Panerai OEM straps. But for a no name watch company with a dressed up generic swiss movement, the prices are insane.
For this price you could buy a new Rolex Submariner, which would likely be worth what you spent on it in 10 years, a well studied and well updated movement, containing an amazing number of 'firsts' in the watchmaking industry. In addition, they promise to provide service for that watch for the next 25 years, and will definitely be around that long.
Not that I love Rolex, but the value is much greater in terms of the piece itself, and the heritage.

Yeah I'll say it, Borges has called a heck of a first half. We'll see, but i'd love to see more denard and a few down the field shots with gallon or funchess.

|1 year 36 weeks ago||This was covered previously,||
This was covered previously, but according to an ESPN article, we can apply for a medical redshirt at the end of any year. We apply to the conference, not the NCAA. So we should know at the end of this season once U of M applies for the redshirt.
Regardless, at least Shane Morris will have a redshirt season (save injuries) before he needs to start.
|1 year 37 weeks ago||Me too with Colorado||
I almost left with my dad. I was 16. But at the last minute I said I wanted to watch from one of the gates and saw Westbrook come down with it in the end zone. I was in shock, but I'm glad I was part of such an amazing game.

I agree. Probably 2-3 of those picks were forced by pressure from ND. The fumble also was forced. So pretty good on their part. It was the other 2-3 picks that did us in.

I would love to see Denard have the record, he deserves it. In ten years, it will be nice to see his name come up in the record books. I won't remember yesterday, I'll remember UTL 2011.
