Your post is far superior since you took the time to actually list the bowl games.

Although you missed one of interest: ND vs South Carolina in the Gator Bowl. Go Cocks.

And I know I just posted this in another thread, but it’s so good I’m going to repeat myself:

I like that it gets all the attention to itself.  It's a pure college football throwback tradition that is timeless.

It's like a reenactment of the early days of college football, but it's real.  Like if they had a Civil War reenactment and let them actually shoot at each other.

It's one of my favorite games of the year, especially when it comes down to the last plays in the 4th quarter in dramatic snow.

Weird is the norm in college football.  Thirty years ago I thought Michigan and Rutgers had nothing to do with each other. Now they're one of our top rivals, we play them every year, and one of the schools has to fence stuff in preparation each year for the game. Unpredictable through and through.

I'm pissed that major bowl games are moved to January 2nd. I always start driving back from Michigan on that day.

I'm gonna need to talk to a supervisor.

It won’t get any national attention, but Chris Creighton has done a great job at Eastern Michigan. Gotta be one of the hardest schools to recruit to in the country.

Tough draw for them going all the way out to Boise, given they had a particularly good season.  But they’ve never been to that game before, so I guess it’s their turn.

SJSU had one of their better seasons this year, it’ll be a step up from the usual MAC diet but they’re also beatable.

I always look forward to the Rose Bowl.  PSU v Utah is a nice matchup.  Rose Bowl colors will look cool.  Like the Orange Bowl matchup, two opposing styles.  ND v South Carolina is nice.  I like blue blood matchups so Oklahoma v FSU will be a watcher.
