If you're into the national parks, check out their webcams across the country. Some of them also have great little webcasts, Yellowstone has tons of video series and multimedia presentations on their site, http://www.nps.gov/yell/photosmultimedia/index.htm
If you're a trivia nerd like me, there's no site better than www.sporcle.com. The sports and movie quizzes are the best
Love your avatar.
Ricky: The thing with kids and growings and getting learnings and stuff is that... You can't lie to them. Basically, if you wanna tell the children they can't do something they're gonna want to do it more. When I was young I did all kinds of crazy shit and I turned out wicked. That's because my dad was fuckin' cool, he let me do shit. I was allowed to drive his car around the park, basically took my dirt bike to school, let me grow dope in his shed in grade 7. You know, that's what good parenting is all about. You gotta let them have a bit of freedom.
if all fathers emulated Ricky, the World would be a better place

...apparently no one likes best of craiglist.
Oregon Trail: http://www.virtualapple.org/oregontraildisk.html
The best-ofs are always funny, but the list is update very infrequently, so it's not a consistent source of distraction. At best it can be a monthly sideshow.
That site will ruin your life...I have clicked on one thing and had no clue how I ended up still on the site 4 hours later
It's possible I've never actually finished reading a page. The way I click through pages on that, it's worse than Wikipedia.
I like the cheezburger network. Failblog is my favorite, followed by Very Demotivational and the Google Autocomplete me.
...but those AHOLES at APPLE are going to shut it down May 31st. FU Steve Jobs!
They're going to incorporate the lala model into itunes, don't fret.
Cracked is easily my favorite comic/informative site! I love their numbered lists.
I've always found Cracked to be hit or miss. I'd say for every two good lists they publish, one just fails miserably.
There is some really funny and interesting stuff on Cracked. Good call.
will ferrel's site www.funnyordie.com
I kill my time at boards.adultswim.com while I work. It has the fastest paced message board I've seen outside of creepy stuff like 4chan. It keeps me entertained arguing with people.
"Where Productivity Goes to Die."
Warning: The site is NSFW. It's a site for men and, well, men enjoy them some female nudity. There's also a lot of other funny shit......... funny for those of us with an "Old School" or "The Hangover" sense of humor anyway.

If you're into comics, time travel, and nerdy history jokes (who isn't), then I recommend this: http://www.ftg-comic.com/2007/01/16/
Stomp clap, stomp stomp clap
I don't know if they still have it, but they used to have this channel called Bernie2Bernie. I would laugh my ass off with that one.
This is basically a failblog-type deal run by the same network, but they only do sports. Forcier has been featured a couple of times along with the best O-H-I-O fail on the planet.
Simple, yet addictive.
Armando Allen is pretty good at this game, except he always claims that it was the red box's shadow that touched the wall.
then I remembered that time is never wasted on porn!

If your an atheist and/or science nerd: http://scienceblogs.com/pharyngula/
I also visit http://evolvingthoughts.net/ and http://rationallyspeaking.blogspot.com/ almost everyday.
http://www.Peopleofwalmart.com is quite possibly the funniest/most disturbing website out there. It's an easy way to lose 3 hours.
One of the very best--a couple-year effort by a guy to harass craigslist and classified advertisers. Whoever this guy is, he's 1) bored, and 2) brilliant.
Click through the "top rated", if nothing else.
thechive.com. Great site with pics of sweet, random stuff.
For almost 10 years now, I've enjoyed amiannoying.com. Some factoids are incorrect and based on urban legend/misconception, but it's a fun and informative (if not slightly trashy) site.
