According to Brice Marich on twitter our director of player personnel to Fresno State to be their new Defensive line coach. Good luck to him. Brady Hoke for DL line coach ? I kid lol

theres plenty of staff and support personnel involved on the recruiting side these days but yeah im sure ideally theyd prefer to maintain continuity and retain recruiting coordinators for several years.

hopefully theres no major impact with tufele and other current / future poly prospects as thats been a key demo to target

....and we just hired Tuioti away from the Cleveland Browns, where he was the defensive QC guy, earlier in the year, if I am not mistaken. It's still interesting to me just how nomadic a life some of these guys lead.

Anyway, good luck to him in his new position at Fresno State.

Tuioti and his wife, Keala, have seven children: Teisa, Teivis, Teilor, Teitum, Teimana, Teiyana and Teinia.

Looking at his background he was mostly a coach before he got here. So he wants to coach - we don't have room; not like he went to Auburn. Makes sense for him. I assume there is another Polynesian guy somewhere in America who would want to spend time with Coach Harbaugh.

Doesn't help with Tufele, but he has OVs to Utah and USC coming up, plus positive visit to Ohio.  I guess Tony could have made the difference, but not sure thats the case.  If he wants to come to Michigan, he'll come, imo.

My guess is Coach Harbaugh will make an interesting hire.

grew up a few hours away, lived an hour away now since July. I have no reason to go there. I imagine it's just more farmlands and a college. I don't love this area but the weather works and the ocean and mountains are a few hours each way from me. I'd take Ann Arbor over this area but I'm sure the guy misses hands on coaching.

What's Bush Sr.'s title and would this be a promotion? Poggi's dad as well? Harbaugh will hire another good one no doubt. Good for him not to wait until after we signed Tufele and then leave a week later even though he'd accepted the job weeks in advance.

Looking at this in a postive light, with the departure of Tuioti and Taggart, we have the opportunity to hand pick some additional assistants which could put us in a fortuitous position for some other recruits this cycle (thinking staff from the high schools of Tufele/Filiaga/Solomon)
