Excited to see him in Maize and Blue. But as a former undersized lineman in high school, I can't help feeling sorry for the little guys he is pancaking.

looks like somebody came back from college to play a high school game or two, just for fun. realizing that he is indeed blocking 'big' 220 lb high school DE's, but he looks ready right now.

1) in another venue these pancakes would be called war crimes.
2) I think young Mr Bredeson is hard of hearing. Either that or he thinks the whistle is just a suggestion.

Is Bredeson more likely to play guard or tackle? He's listed as a tackle on sites but I remember reading that he apparently has positional flexibility and may actually be better suited for guard position?

Ben IHOP Bredeson, a man against boys I really don't remember a more impressive highlight film, that guy is an automatic first down around his side. Yes his size and ability makes him look like a Sophmore from college coming back to school just to knock some heads. I take that back there was one highlight film that was as impressive as that. Tyrone Wheatley, and we all know how that turned out Very simular Bredeson is not just another O lineman.

so a quick eval:
Pro's: Incredible finisher, Great balance for a big guy. Always looking for work, plays with a mean streak. Great Hand placement, and his pad level is pretty good for a big guy that young. Again, incredible finisher. Quick feet, pulls like a sonofabitch. He carries himself really well when you watch him in person. He has a demeanor that bodes well for college. Doesn't quit on plays and responds well to failure.
A few Con's: Wastes a first step too much, I could see him struggling at pass blocking in space as a tackle against great Ends. I think he'd excel more as a guard. He also sort of does a mini head bob when he's about to make contact, not thrilled about that. Honestly, all the con's are incredibly coachable and easy to fix with a year under Drevno. I was also sort of nitpicky because of how talented he is.
No idea how he isn't a 5*.
