Most of this stuff doesn't look very good.
Can't find a link to that blue zip up anywhere on MDen (I only see the ladies version). Do you have a link?
Thanks

Has anyone seen this track jacket in the stores? I don't live in Michigan and I can't find it anywhere online or in the catalog.
Just a bit before his time, but we might need input from MGoShoe - as far as I'm concerned, that pattern is USN Camouflage Measure 12 (Modified).
I like the blue zipup and the grey jacket. Both look cool.
I would be ok with a camo jersey if it was for a wounded warriors game. South Carolina had some cool camo Under Armour jerseys for their wounded warrior game.
Yep, pretty cheap looking. No matter how much people bitch, Adidas just doesn't seem to care.
They simply don't have any taste. What are they to do about it? This whole thing is our fault, not theirs.
Doesn't even look like camoflauge - looks like the front of a Trapper Keeper.
.......now thats funny right there!!
Yup, more adidas crap!
Camo would be sweet with those matte helmets. I think it would be hard to pull off in Maize and Blue though. I hope we decide to use camo, I'd definitely get a jersey and recruits would love the novelty. I'm thinking it could be Blue camo like the bad guys from GI Joe.
Did you forget to put /s at the end of your post?
I hope so, but unfortunately I am not optimistic.
Nike
Adidas is just the worst. The flower logo looks way better on the Michigan gear, it's just classy, different, and has some tradition, history and vintage-ness to it.

Those UTL jerseys are the best things they've done, and the more I see the more I feel it's going to be all downhill from there.
What pisses me off about Adidas is that it seems like they are more concerned about their own brand and how to use the M logo to enhance and sell it instead of thinking about the best way to represent the university with its apparel. Nike used to make some cool and classy stuff and then just throw the swoosh on it and it worked pretty well.
makes one they sell at MDen. I where it to every Michigan event (except football).
Have to admit, I like the stuff on mgostore much better. The Adidas gear is slightly bland.
I hate Nike, but I am hoping they come back soon or that we go to Under Armour. DB should end the Adidas contract for incompetence on their part. This has to be crippling merchandise sales.
But they are already huge in the states. At least in the DC area, Under Armour has far more selection in stores than Adidas and a bit more than Nike. They do also have some big colleges too, not as big as Michigan but I am not sure it would be "forever boner" for them at this point. It would be good, but I don't see it having some sort of dramatic impact on the company.
A couple of weeks ago at BWI I saw a whole group of wealthy retirees decked out in safari gear- that was all made by UA.
...it better all come as a hoody.
Does anyone know where to get old Nike Michigan apparel? /s
But seriously, does anyone know?
Lol if Michigan were to go back to Nike (never gonna happen. It will be Under Armour next if there is a change), they would still do uniformz and people would still piss and moan.
Here is a recent Michigan Nike shirt. Nike has the license to BCS games even though the schools in the games might be with another outfitter. This is everyone's idea of ideal Michigan apparel?
And those lame Sugar Bowl locker room shirts. Pour Some Sugar On Me? Why? And the Fiesta Bowl shirt from that year was "Nacho Victory". What is this, third grade?
How about a nice "SUGAR BOWL CHAMPIONS" t-shirt and not some lame manufactured catchphrase. Like this-
Every year someone posts the new Adidas gear. Every year people bitch about how ugly it is. Every year people cry for Nike to fix the problem. Every year I post MSU gear made by Nike that sucks just as much. Nothing ever changes.
Nike MSU Sweatshirts and Fleeces
If the colors and logos were swapped, would anyone be able to tell any difference between these and the new Adidas gear? But we'd still have a ton of bitching about the ones with the Adidas logos.
I admit to not necessarily knowing current trends or styles with/for Staee (e.g. your research supporting Staee hilarity). Being from Ohio, emphasis for me is and has been on ND and the greatest toilet the Olentangy has ever feared. So I may be taking a slight risk here, but (yolo) I honestly think most of this attire looks better than the Adidas line-up for us...

As a Temple University alumni and purchaser of related Under Armour products I must tell you that it is a slippery path with them as well. While they sometimes put out the awesomely understated (last year's cherry coaches shirts) they also sometimes put out the awesome tire fire (this year's basketball coaches shirt)...
Then again, give me this simple design with maize/blue and a subtle block M and we're talking.
or alumna (female, the plural of which is alumnae).
