UM bowl practices will be at Petit Frere's high school

Doesn't the bowl committee assign these things before the teams are even picked?  In any case, though, this seems like some good news - even considering that the HS players won't be allowed anywhere near the team practices or players.

Question, are bowl practices open to the public? Just happens that my family is doing Xmas vacation in St. Pete area this year though we're leaving on 12/30. Would be cool to check out a practice.
