Could've used another year but I don't blame him for going. Although his career, like others said, was incomplete, we were blessed to have a talent like him don the Maize and Blue.

The Lions desperately needs an impact player in their back 7. Thank you Jabrill for the joy of watching you represent the wing helmet. Certainly will continue to be a big fan whatever team is smart enough to draft you.

The mocks had been sowering on him.  Most have him a low 1st.

I think he'll be a top 10 pick. Lucky him he had two good choices, couldn't have gone wrong.

Sad, but expected. Can't expect this young man to pass up that money. Will always remember Jabrill and his time at Michigan, not sure I've ever seen a more exciting football player in the maize and blue. Best of luck to him at the next level!

Good for him and it's awesome he has the opportunity to do this.  It's the right decision and may he achieve everything he wants to in the NFL.  Can't wait to root for him(unless he plays for The Broncos and then I'll wait til he moves to a team that's not the worst).

Now we can get some real Michigan Men.  Those who stay will be champions, derp, derp. I;d rather have the staff coach up 3 stars then primodonnas.

#RCMBed - Not that they would ever get a Jabrill type talent.

And in case this is over your head

Congrats Jabrill, go make that $$$

You are the man!  Can't wait to see you on Sundays!  Hopefully with the Lions or Steelers.  One of the BEST representatives for the University of Michigan EVER!!

Anyone who plays football and can get drafted in the first round should go in my opinion...so way to be smart...we will miss that man on the field.

I feel a bit Henson-esque about Jabrill's time. Like, that went fast. And doesn't feel like it paid off like it should've. But he was the most exciting man on the field the last two years, he Campsite Ruled us, and now he must go get paid.

I know, I know....I was right there with everyone that was hoping we would get the chance to find creative ways to extend his eligibility, but I think we knew this day was coming soon enough.

His career is one that I think we'll all follow into the pros - he is going to make one team very pleased indeed, I assume, and he will continue to be fun to watch for years. Best of luck to him in this next phase of his career.

Thanks for the memories Jabrill - may you go forth in life and create even better memories - for yourself.

It was a fun 2 years that he always had you on the edge of your seat. I held some hope that missing the Orange Bowl would have led him to come back for another year but it's the smart decision. Going to go get the money he deserves and I'm sure he'll be as entertaining on Sundays as he was on Saturdays!

Knowing that you'll never be able to suit up in the Maize and Blue uniforms donning the classic winged helmet must be hard on him. He definitely left a lot of unaccomplished things on the table at UofM, but solidifying your future and your families future is a damn nice consolation prize.
