Again I ask, is it now possible to post gifs (also pics and memes) on mobile, and if yes, how? What are the steps?

Please @me with your response. Thanks in advance!

(I'm on an Android phone, latest operating system, Chrome browser, and won't even consider switching browsers until the MGo3.1 bugs are solved)
