Fifteen years for a MacBook air? WTF? Imagine if he had gotten his hands on a new MacBook Pro.
Eighteen year old kids. Jeebus.
drinking, recreational drugs, fighting, those are offenses that warrant 2nd chances, stealing a computer, not so much
There is always Auburn then!
But seriously this news about Frank Clark is too new and fresh, with so many details missing, to being speculating about his future. Michigan was still very much recruiting McQuay, so you have to think they had plans for a potential 4th CB in this class.
Unless you're a Heisman candidate...
as chris rainey would say, "Time to die, bitch!"
I hardly call a 2nd degree home invasion charge a "minor offense." In my book, no FELONY is a minor offense.
A guy I graduated from high school with got kicked off of Wake Forest's basketball team for home invasion, I believe.
If Clark gets booted, what are the chances he goes to Auburn? Just sayin.
I also find the lack of a larceny charge to be most unsettling in Clark's case.
there will be attrition.
Welcome to Michigan Mr. Douglas.

Wow...that's what you call quick! Happy to have him aboard. With this commitment where does that leave us in terms of the scholarship count?? I know we have at least one spot saved for Treadwell...i'm assuming Mcquay III is on the outside looking in at this point, although he's looking Vandy-bound now.
I'm curious to see if this pushes Jourdan Lewis to receiver
WOOHOO! Are we the first school to reap the benefits of PSUs implosion? Unlike Kiffin who recruits current players still in the program, I feel a lot better that we wait for the players to leave the program or decommit before we make a move.
UNC was the first.
Talk about out of the frying pan....

Kalis disagrees with this assessment.
Along with Dawson and Dymonte...
Not to mention Anzalone, Jalen Smith, Heuerman, Pocic, etc, etc.
You would think that by now, the old "if meyer wants him, he'll get him" fantasy has been put to rest.
You would think, but Ohio fans will continue to say this until Meyer is no longer the coach.
He was never enrolled at PSU so the waiver does not apply to him. AFAIK, the waiver is only being extended to transfers from PSU.
That waiver is only available for current PSU players. It also makes you lower the 2013 recruiting class by the same number of players you bring in from PSU.
Unless they're seniors of course
If that player puts you over the 85 schollie limit. We are at somewhere around 80, so if we bring in a Senior, we are clear. If we bring in any underclassmen, it takes away from the 2013 class (no room).
Welcome aboard Ross! A good addition to almost finish up the class.
On that note, I have to think this pushes Treadwell's timeline up significantly.
And this is why you don't make posts bashing other coaches that are interested in PSU recruits...Great to add Ross to the team!
That pick other schools.
Love it; you can't have enough athletes in the secondary welcome aboard Ross!!
Is our total class still expected to be 24? I'm wondering if the numbers have changed with everythign going on.
Does he have the same build as Terry Richardson? They look similar, maybe Ross is bigger.
181 lbs.
40: 4.5
EDIT: 20 shuttle: 4.09, 33.2" vert, 107.07 SPARQ
T-Rich plus an inch or two and 20ish lbs
ummm. what?
This wouldn't affect the outlook of this year's class too much, I think. The NCAA is in the process of making it so that PSU players who transfer out don't count against a school's scholarship limit, so we should be fine.
Except that he isn't a transfer. He still has a year left of high school football
