LOL!!!  The only power 5 school with a worse offense than MSU was rutgers. And they’re keeping their entire offensive staff!!

LOL!  MSU will never against contend in the conference. They are finished. Point and laugh, Dantonio is a joke.

Number one, bro cool in with exclamations, it’s weird. Number 2; Staten is gonna crush it, and Warner knows how to coach a qb just except when he’s also in charge of calling plays. Number 3 and most importantly Mark and the gang is back, baby.

-Just a deck shuffle :

Brad Salem will move from QBs coach to offensive coordinator and RBs coach.

Dave Warner will become QBs coach. -

Mark Staten moves from O-line coach to TEs and special teams.

Jim Bollman becomes O-line coach.

Move along folks

He goes back at least 2 years calling for Warner’s head.  I think every "move" that doesn’t involve firing Warner only makes him more bitter.   But he’s right though.  Terrible decisions have been made.  I told some MSU friends to enjoy the end of their golden era back in 2015.  Here’s Valente’s take on it yesterday.  https://omny.fm/shows/the-valenti-show/reacting-to-mark-dantonios-staff-changes-at-msu

The men of Charlie Company had been in the field for two weeks wearing the same gear when the Sargent announces:

"I've got good news and bad news.

First the good news.

Today we are going to get to change our underwear."

The troops start cheering wildly.

"Now the bad news," continues the Sarge.

"Smith, you change with Jones. Andrews, you change with Murphy..."

When you score one touchdown in a month, including versus Rutgers, you have to bring everyone back.

I'm shocked he's not doing more to retool their offensive staff after last year's dumpster fire. We like to complain about our offense, but state was historically bad. With just a bad offense that defense would have gotten them to 9 or 10 wins.

Instead of making needed wholesale changes, he just shuffled the deck on the Offensive side, sticking with the same "good ol Mork boys".  His best line in the press conference:  "You want to hire people who you want to spend all day riding around in a van with."

He is very stupid, highly stubborn, and quite loyal.  Kind of like the mutt I adopted from the local shelter.

Heading over to the RCMB - they are going to be THRILLED with no new blood and keeping Warner on staff!

Mork spent a lot of time blaming their offensive struggles on the players. He brought it up multiple times. I can't remember hearing a college coach throwing his players under the bus as often as he has in the press conference. What a doucher.

“Listen, I’m not going to stand up here at this podium and make excuses but the refs called too many fouls on us [ignores the fact that his goons literally practice in football pads] and my players sucked. There’s only so much more I can do, I already scream constantly at everyone”.

Sincerely,

Good Grief! He called a presser just to announce a shuffling of an already underwhelming staff? Were there boos from the three media attendees who bothered to show up for this farce?

Sounds like Dantonio thinks his assistants are good coaches, and they probably are...  they are not in a place to realize the same recruiting gains they achieved in our down years, so they can only work with what they have.  They still managed to land a 5 star OT in state this year though didn't they?
