Unlike Justin Boren, I do wish him well. He's dedicated his life to basketball and to get one more year to play at the elite college level is something that's hard to turn down, even it's in Columbus. Of course, against Michigan, I hope he lays goose eggs all over the floor.

Oh, so you've never met anyone who did undergrad at Michigan and grad school at MSU or OSU? I know numerous people who did this, who still love Michigan. This is life. They only people who don't understand this reality seem to be of more of the 'walmart' persuasion

Hey now! I'm one of these "walmart" wolverines you speak of. Don't lump me in with this neanderthal! Where you came by your fandom does not equate to how you look at a young man making life decisions in his best interest. I hope young Mr. Dakich has a hell of a year for the bucks.

Just not against Michigan.

So you disagree with Coach Beilein, you say?

-----

"I support it 100 percent," Beilein said at Big Ten Media Day. "Andrew paid his way for three-and-a-half years to go to Michigan. We wanted to save a redshirt year for him to be able to go on scholarship somewhere, work on his master’s degree. That was actually the plan. I don’t know if the plan was for him to be a Buckeye, but he grew up in that state, he’s a wonderful young man and we really like Chris (Holtmann) and his staff."

Even know what that crap statement you said above means and I'm ok with that, but I do know 12 year old girls say "right". Don't talk to me, I won't talk to you. Go Blue!

Nah I'm going to talk to you!  This has actually become entertaining reading your poetic thoughts/troll jobs...

No. You're a troll because you're a troll. You have been relentlessly posting every bit of jibberish that comes into your head, to pull yourself out of Bolivian. Once you get enough points to sustain a good negging, here you go again.

You're a fucking troll. Please stop it.

...even read the article?

He went to OSU because he's following Holtmann from Butler. Beilein put in a good word with Holtmann and when Holtmann left for OSU, Dakich went with him.

I, for one, applaud the guy for honoring Beilein's willingness to stick his neck out, and for honoring his commitment to Holtmann. Even though it means playing for the mortal enemy.

Anyone who can't appreciate that or wish the guy well needs their head examined.

If you're shitting on Dakich for taking an opportunity to play in the B1G on scholarship, you're a shitty fan, full stop.  Andrew Dakich isn't gutter trash pond scum like the Boren family - he burned a redshirt to help the team when we were bombed by injuries and played his ass off in practice helping our guys get better.  He's done more for M basketball then all the keyboard tough guys on this thread combined time 1000, so y'all can fuck on outta here as far as I'm concerned.

I hope he has a great time in Columbus and enjoys grad school, actually gets playing time and leads the team in scoring and assists and loses every single game.

Burned a redshirt twice, both because we had injury issues. For the team. It had already been established that he would grad transfer his sophomore year.

But he was a team guy. A B1G school wants to give him a scholarship and actually use him in their rotation? Yeah, it gives me a bad taste in my mouth that it's OSU, but they've been terrible and he gets to play real B1G minutes again. Good for him.

You guys are all Buckeye sympathizers. Might as well put on your Brutus costumes and your terelle pryor jerseys. As far as I’m concerned Dakich deserves to be hated more than any other OSU player on that team.

Mr. Dakich, you have a choice:

You can have a scholarship and a chance for playing time at a D-1 school. However, if you take it, an anonymous and hostile poster on a blog won't like you.

Take your time, son - we know it's a high price to pay.
