Viva Poncho Beilein!

They must really love eachother, because Poole straight up spiked the empty water bottle off Beilein's head at the end.
If I would have done that with one my coach's, the video would end with me running away while he chases afterwards.

Hope Beilein pays him a little revenge with non stop dribbling drills in the offseason. Kid has swag but for someone who cant handle the ball worth a shit, should maybe think on that confidence a little.

I dunno, did you see the 2nd half performance out of the D? Fell apart.

Dude, you should have used the /s. Apparently, a bunch of people needed it!

Agreed. Beilein said at halftime that it was our defense that keyed things in the first half, and he was of course right. Just sick, nasty D. I love it.

totally agree...
but also credit Haynes and Washington too...Haynes is in charge of coaching up the gaurds and Z and MAAR have been absolutely lights out, while Washington coaches up the bigs... and Mo, Matthews, Robinson have also been fantastic.
Michigan should lock up these asst coaches for the next 3 year imo

...then the D would be perfect

is Duncan Robinson. That guy was soft as Charmin and could not guard anyone with a pulse.
He's now a very good defensive player. Duncan Robinson.
I don't think I've ever seen such a tranformation on that end of the floor - especially an upperclassman.
Credit goes to coaching and to the players - well done!

he played some great post defense tonight. totally agree.

because in the past there was no "D" with Duncan, lol. There's definite D with Duncan now, heck with the whole team; these guys have a genuine shot at winning the whole enchilada...
March 22nd, 2018 at 10:35 PM ^
We won the first two with D. We won the 3rd with O (and D). The D has been there EVERY game over this 12 game win streak. How do we play? HARD. What do we play? DEFENSE. Because we want to be? CHAMPIONS

I feel like we should fire the money cannon at him rather than throwing it at him.

Seriously the most underappreciated part of this team
Actually I'd say the other two assistants, Saddi Washington and DeAndre Haynes, are the most underappreciated. Yaklich has been getting a ton of (deserved) love all season.
