You're probably thinking of Curtis Enis. Enos's name is pronounced as it's spelled.

I am not sure if that is an internal candidate or an external candidate. There is a lot of talent in this receiver group, but there was not a whole lot of progress last year when their main coach was a graduate assistant.

What offense would I like to see, you ask? Well, now that you've asked, let me explain... I would like to see some version of the NFL passing spread that New England runs coupled with some of the passing concepts the Lions run. Both of those teams can just eviscerate a defense inside and out throwing the ball to no discernable location pre-snap. The Patriots couple that with an effective run game that makes whatever RB they pick off the scrap heap look like an all-pro.
I realize that it takes experience to run that type of offense. Experience and talent. And I think Michigan has the talent. Experience will get there, if they're given a chance. We should see a good improvement in offense this year, with more talent and more experience. But I doubt it'll be a finished product. Once it gets rolling, croot's will be able to gain experience while learning - without being the primary focus. Which is a benefit the defense was afforded.
Take last years crappy offense, improve it by half, and couple it with that nasty defense... Now we've got something! Seriously, if last years offense can't improve by half? I preferred to see some offensive coaching cleanup, but so long as the offense improves by half, things will be okay.

... I guess I'm old school. I don't understand why there needs to be 10 (or more) coaches in the first place. Seems like too many to me. I realize we live in an age of specialization, but can specialization become a double-edged sword at some point? Do players receive marching orders from their position coaches and the head coach is on staff in a secondary (motivational) coaching role? Seems like to many chefs in the kitchen to me.
Then again, I don't know much about coaching in the first place.

I’m sure he’ll resign as Arizona head coach immediately to be the 10th assistant at Michigan.

Can someone please explain, how can Enos sign a 4 year contract here, and then breach it, and go coach at Alabama ? Is it a conditional contract with an out, say, with wording that can void contract if x,y, or z school offers a head coach position ???? Is this standard?

promotion. Saban made him the associate head coach. Even without that clause, all that happens is the coach pays a buyout that's written into the contract.
