Got booed off the live blog for suggesting we retaliate on Horni

Here is a real question.  If the refs/BIG won't protect our players from dirty hits with intent to injure, is it wise to turn the other cheek?  Once?  Twice?

At what point does failing to retaliate become an invitation for a dirty hit from OSU next week? This is a nasty sport and that was done on purpose and it helped turn the tide of the game.  Bitching won't help.  Fight back.  The BIG ten can't be trusted to do the right thing.

We shouldn't tell our kids to fight fire with fire. I shouldn't have said that.  However, this is totally out of control in my oppinion.  I'm not sure how to stop it.  Both of our QB's were taken out via unnesessary roughness.

That guy absolutely knew what he was doing.  That was a pretty classic dirty play designed to break a collarbone and it was successful.  Anyone who has played a down of football could see that.

I'm interested to hear Harbaugh's response.  If he thought it was a dirty hit, I trust you will be there to correct him on behalf of us morons.  Same for any crazy media types suggesting it was dirty.

As for thinking that losing our QB and replacing him with O'korn was a big deal... When we were already down 4 points and punting... What a fool am I...

At any rate, turning the other cheek and hoping the BIG will fix it seems reasonable.  Have a nice day.

Reality is this staff and team is soft and weak. They don't have the "IT" factor to get it done. I understand we shouldn't be hard on 18-20 year old players, but they just don't have hearts of champs. Sucks. But is what it is.

I put it more on coaching. If ANY positive to this and the beat down coming next week is an 8-4 and disappointing season. On Harbaugh as our leader to make personal changes. If he doesn't, we need to evaluate him as our leader. With changes, comes hope. Can't have no true WR coach, 2 O Coordinator coaches, 2 O-line coaches. Reason nobody does this, you don't have a true voice to turn too. Just dumb philosophy to your teams makeup. Need leaders and 2 voices you have no leader.

Honestly can say with 100% certainty, never hated a UM team more. Coaching, personal decisions, play calling, lack of development in key areas. List goes on and on. We deserve and expect CHANGE.

This program has sucked since Carr's final season.  And so far Harbaugh has not proven to be great.  Mainly because he hires bad offensive coaches.  GET these FUCKING NFL guys OUT OF HERE!  Hire some great college guys.

I definitely had too much faith. Thought he'd be like a Saban, or Meyer that could turn it around quick. I guess I'll have to temper my expectations. If we're not Playoff contenders or at least B1G champions next year, I really don't know what to say. I guarantee half the fan base will say next year, and then again, then again, etc.

And not today. But that inference call on 3rd down against us was one of the weakest calls I’ve ever witnessed. Mind boggling and beyond frustrating. We stopped them and should have gotten the ball back. Not that the offense could do anything but it was still horrific.

Is this team. It's okay if you're down to your 3rd QB to lose, but just the way they've played all season, no fire, where's the blowout game against a lesser opponent this season? "oh they're hiding the play book" yeah, sure, completely soft team, no fire.

We started on their half of the field what 4 times with peters? You can’t score 10 points in that situation, completely inexcusable lack of ability to execute at even the most basic level you can’t blame on any refs.
