01/01/2018 - 10:43pm So this is what it has come to?

Looking for the shitty year that bests feels like this shitty year and having lots of recent choices to pick from!

Do to the utter fecklessness on O this does seems like a Hoke/Borges year to me.  However, the tendency to simply gift games away seems somewhat unique to me. I am fearful that we simply have yet another shitty benchmark year, which itself will be used to measure another crappy year.

Sure, coach Harbs is probably not fairly judged harshly on "program direction" unless next year is a reprise of this  most recent dud.  But dang its all fair game after that.

12/01/2017 - 1:54pm Wiscy

Beats Brutus. Brutus was nowhere near as tough as they were and M had Peters for most of the game. I think OSUs offense is grossly overhyped and gets shut down. IMHO

11/28/2017 - 4:54pm Why can't an independent review be done?

Take the last 2 Michigan - OSU games, subject the entire game to a review of calls made and not made.  Add it up, and see if there is any bias.

Why can't Warde have this done? Hell if he did a kickstarter campaign to pay for it, the funds would probably show up in 10 minutes.

WTF?  Why is this so hard?

11/28/2017 - 4:46pm I believe you

The pitiful existence you must lead to have to troll this board after a win no less. What valuable time and space you must occupy with these priorities.  You are probably one of those westboro baptist types that protests at marine funerals.

Ass clown.

ps. my wife is a Buckeye and she thinks you suck

11/23/2017 - 12:41pm Pro Style offense should attract

pro style talent at QB and the receivers.  JT Barrett may indeed make history tomorrow, but he will not even be drafted.  Urban Meyer has those QB recruits chasing fools gold.  He makes a shit ton of money and if lucky his QB graduates to a nice job at a car dealer.  Pathetic.

Meanwhile, I hope harbs is not ignoring an actual coaching competency prob on his staff.

11/23/2017 - 10:45am Solid descriptions, but

how about some theories?  Are the offensive line schemes too complicated, simply poorly developed, or is the talent simply incapable?  Nature, nurture, coaching, what?

11/22/2017 - 11:19am We beat Sparty

There last year.

We got jobbed out of the OSU game at their place that was essentially won last year.

We beat PSU at their home under yr 1 harbs

Hell,  Big Ten officiating is just as horrific at home as it is on the road.  O"neil, Capron, et al are horrible wherever they lay their hat.

Coach up the talented kids, develop a QB and it all comes together.

11/22/2017 - 10:07am Now that summons

up hatred in its purest form.  Those bastard refs made a mockery of sport, the concept of competition, integrity, competence, you name it, at level never before seen.

11/22/2017 - 9:53am Rather be hungry

Than hateful. The lion isn’t pissed at the zebra he’s simply hungry. I hope those Wolverines are starving gong into Saturday even if one can find absolutely no useful function, nutritious or otherwise for a buckeye.

11/22/2017 - 9:46am Lot of words

That I already agree with. M is still reaping the leftovers of the disaster that was the Martin-Brandon regime. Losses will always suck but perspective is important.

11/20/2017 - 6:14am I'm sure you'd let it go

were you to be screwed like that after spending the entire 21st century in oblivian. Mich finally puts a better team on the field, plays a better game, mistakes and all, and an officiating crew made up of people from the State of Ohio Sports Hall of Fame decides to gift the game essentially to themselves.  And yes, the fact that those pricks could not save you from a total destruction by Clemson is a bit of shadenfreude.

Everyone knows OSU has had a better football program for a long long time.  They were even better most of the time back when M was springing all those upsets of Cooper, and not one of those wins could be attributed to the kind of gross screwing by officials, that happened last year.

So sure, you lose 15 of the 17 games played this century, finally win one, and have that one taken away.  I'm sure we'd see nothing but grace and dignity from you.  But then the fact that despite all this you have to troll this board, tells me otherwise.

11/19/2017 - 5:06pm Unfortunately

This analysis, always world class, was the highlight of this weekend.

11/19/2017 - 1:42pm What is so

fucking acceptable about drilling a guy that is fully extended and vuilnerable after having thrown the ball? And he did pile drive him. The ball was away, it had no bearing on the play but it did serve to end the game as we knew it that day.

That hit and the clear continuation of if on the ground was nothing but dirty. And to think a majority of the football world thinks Harbaugh is a whiner. Well fuck, what other coach in America in any sport has had two QBs or other team leaders sent to hospitals (did they even fucking have one in West Laffeyette?) on dirty hits with no fucking flag?  You put this on top of the Capron/Sager/et al fucking at OSU last year and one should have to ask, who the hell wouldn't be fucking screaming?  Hell, one of the late hits by Weber in that game last year nearly knocked the defenseless Michigan player into the fucking ref that couldn't get his head out of his ass soon enough to bother calling it.

One need no clearer evidence of the anti-M bias than these plainly observable events and how they are (not) handled by the officials. Again, name another team that has had two QB's sent to the hospital on hits that were not even tackles?

I'd rather be thought of as paranoid than brain dead.

11/18/2017 - 10:08pm Here's some perspective

Peters gets pile driven to the ground in a defenseless position and no penalty.  Then Wiscy gets a free first down for virtually nothing at all on a PI where M had them stopped inside or about their own 10. And why again if we have the technology to show that DPJ's in bound foot got down first, which it did, can we not use it?

And you think that those fucks from Delaney on down are going to do anything to "tarnish" what is left of their marquee matechup between 2-loss OSU and Wisconsin? Really?  Think of Michigan as a nice piece of dead meat next week.  If it is a blowout, sure, no problem for the officials.  If it is close expect more of the shit we got from Capron and Bobby Sagers, et al last year.  Maybe it will be the O'Neil crowd  this time. Who gives a fuck?

Follow the fucking money, their might be a lot less for Jimmy D if M wins next week, and God help OSU against W if for some reason they do.

The WWF at least does not try to hide the pretense.

11/18/2017 - 4:21pm Badgers offensive line

Did not wear down Ms defense. Ms offense did that.

11/18/2017 - 3:38pm Yup

The call was horseshit in real time. And UFB in replay. It was the final dagger. Once Wiscy got ahead there was no way the prick zebras would let them back in.

11/17/2017 - 9:47am OSU game last year

Proved the nefarious No objective person could review that game at either a macro level (2 penalties for 4 yds and no holding calls from a line giving up 9 sacks) or from a review each individual play and conclude their was no bias. Or perhaps OSU simply won the powerball lottery that day with the odds of something like one in a billion. Sure

11/17/2017 - 9:40am One word response for those entitled to their paranoia

Delaney

11/15/2017 - 1:13pm Good point

Lloyd did deliver the NC that eluded Bo.

11/15/2017 - 8:52am The Moeller legacy

Seeing Mo at the top of this list tears off an old scab. I don't believe we will ever fully realize what a tragic loss it was to M football to lose Coach Moeller.  He was everything Bo was along with a riverboat gambler's mindset to make him to me the most complete coach we have had.  Maybe 5 years wasn't enough to fully make that call. Again wei'll never know. But that one lousy incident, and the temporary loss of discretion (to my mind forgivable under the circumstances), screwed up what I believe would have been a historically great career.   Meanwhile, other coaches go one to have long storied careers with far less character and integrity with respect to recruiting, player management, etc.  Total BS and shame on the PC regime for not just giving him a big public reprimand and giving him a second chance.

11/05/2017 - 9:01pm It all depends on

Whether we get the merely grossly incompetent ONeil officiating crew or the fucking biased idiot Capron fuckstiicks that gifted OSU the game last year and not so coincidentally made bullshit call after bullshit call against M last night, to no avail for the poor gophers. Either of those buffoons get the Wiscy or OSU games and you can bet your whole life savings against Michigan. Bank it.

11/05/2017 - 4:47pm I contend

That without the fucking imbecile refs there would’ve been almost zero fucks.

10/24/2017 - 1:37pm Both things have some merit

The team being young is undeniably an issue. You can’t coach experience into someone other wise they wouldn’t call it experience!
And there seem to be teams that live well with much much lower rated recruiting classes year after year yet they outperform Michigan. Wisconsin and sparty to name two.
Hence the angst.
I’m sure Harbs will get it back to where it needs to be. And sure, patience is a virtue. Meanwhile waiting sucks.

10/23/2017 - 4:36pm Get off my lawn

A Michigan night game in November I thought the big didn’t do this. Lousy idea, screw the actual attendees.

10/22/2017 - 11:34am How would this

Stack up with a Hoke / Borges performance? Or a Rodriguez/ Gerg show? It seemed almost that feckless.

10/22/2017 - 7:59am 4th and 11 play action

Anyone within 2 degrees of separation from that decision should be fired for malpractice.

10/22/2017 - 1:35am You’re using a Rutgers

Comparison is the problem. Oh. And they probably will no look no worse than m tonight with less than 1/10 th the talent as recruited.

10/22/2017 - 1:30am 4th and 11 play action

If that is those pricks idea of setting up OKorn to win then yes those fucking idiots are the problem

10/22/2017 - 1:25am Panacea?

Hubris comes from many splendored places.
Meanwhile tell me what was great about the game plan on either side of the ball tonight. Probably better to listen to Franklin after making M look like fucking Akron.

10/21/2017 - 11:17pm Jim

The Pope wants to know what the fuck happened?

10/21/2017 - 11:14pm Are you fucking

Joking?

10/21/2017 - 11:11pm Jimbo

Few expected a victory tonight.
No one expected you to be a Rich Rodriguez like bitch tonight
Nor should you have been
Shame

10/21/2017 - 11:06pm Brown got schooled

And the D got gang raped.
And the O coaching merely sucked as usual
Anyone that blames OKorn for this is fucking delusional.

09/18/2017 - 7:06am Stupid question on receivers

Why not look at Perry as a wide out and get more snaps to McDoom? With Black going down especially. He seems to have the wheels for it. Toltally get it if this is a bad idea, just looking for ways to increase the overall explosiveness of the O.

Also, gotta believe Harbs will dial up a lot more TE targeting in BT play. He practically reinvented the position and has to be chomping at the bit.

09/13/2017 - 9:48am Very impressive work

This work certainly validates my personal assessment that the combination of high raw talent, youthful inexperience yet great coaching will likely make this a wild ride. I shudder to think what the past two regimes would have done here. They certainly would have dragged the whole chart to the left.

09/10/2017 - 8:06pm Both are true

M was sloppy. That was clear to see no matter how good or not your seats were yesterday. And the officiating was an abject shit show as one comes to expect whether home or away. Statistically, were one to go to the trouble, it would seem easy to see a strong negative Harbaugh bias. You can certainly smell it. When was the last time you saw any Michigan game without shit officiating?

Maybe we could interview bobby "go bucks" sagers? Jim Delaney?

09/10/2017 - 7:47pm The Michigan difference

On full display with this analysis.

09/04/2017 - 8:52pm Couldn't

Finish half the quotes without crying trying to read them to my wife. UFB stuff. Truth is funnier than fiction !

08/31/2017 - 9:28pm Capron

OSU has mugged receivers all fucking night. Any PI? Nope except for one against IU

08/31/2017 - 9:20pm Capron

Don't worry buckeye fans. Daniel Capron's crew will save your asses again.

12/31/2016 - 10:45pm Nah

I used to think that. But when you look at how the rest of the conference and Jim Delaney treats M I say they can all die in a fire. Burn baby burn.

12/31/2016 - 10:41pm That deserves

Some kind of hyper upvote

12/31/2016 - 10:41pm That deserves

Some kind of hyper upvote

12/31/2016 - 10:38pm No Bobby Sagers

In those pics?

12/31/2016 - 10:36pm A big

Fuck you to Jim Delaney

12/31/2016 - 10:36pm A big

Fuck you to Jim Delaney

12/31/2016 - 10:33pm FSU Clemson M all

Tightly grouped. 4 PT's separate all of them. And then there are those fucks from OSU sitting down in the basement at -31.

Fuck you delaney and capron, Sagers et al.

12/31/2016 - 9:53pm Aw

Tough spot. Bummer

12/31/2016 - 8:53pm That was Daniel

Fucking Capron wasn't it?

12/31/2016 - 8:50pm One dimensional offense

Gets exposed. First time shut out in first half in 5 years. Without pick six M would've done this a month earlier. QB battle next year will be interesting.
