Help Long Time Board Member, FritoBandito, Negotiate a 5.0 Mustang Purchase
Frito tweeted that he was thinking of selling his truck to buy a new Mustang and the official Mustang twitter account responded to him. Thought we could have some fun and maybe help a board memeber purchase a discounted muscle car with some retweets.

Good luck solving this problem by simply buying a different badge.

Automotive styling drives lots of difficult decisions in terms of packaging components in the modern engine compartment. Today's muscle car is not your grandfather's muscle car.

Because of the thinness that just looks like a souped-up Cooper Mini,

If you're getting a Shelby Super Snake confused with a Mini Cooper you don't deserve a Shelby Super Snake.

Yeah, it was more a comment on the picture formatting than on the car, which I'm sure is a fine automobile.

Shelby Super Snake sounds like a porn name.

Hey, Shelby left that life behind long ago. He's a legit actor now! He was great with J-Lo and Ice Cube in Anaconda.

I prefer the Mini.
In fact, I'm thinking next ride I have to buy will be a convertible Mini.
Wish it was made in a hybrid...

99.1% of the cars sold in the world do not hold their value.
Fords are Fords. Found on Road Dead. But I will say the new Mustangs are nice. Ford did a great job in the redesign/engineering of the new model.
Who here really sits at a stop light waiting to dust someone off the line?
Most people never extract the power/perfromance of their sports cars. It's mostly about the "hey look at me!" factor.
Lastely, it's his money so why do you care what he buys?

It is possible to push your vehicles hard without being a douche and thinking you're in a quarter mile drag race with anyone that pulls up next to you at a light.

Hellcats are really fast, but when it's time to slow down and turn, they're not so fabulous.
Hellcat horsepower: 707 hp. Hellcat weight: 4448 lbs.
Mustang GT350 horsepower: 526 hp. Mustang GT350 weight: 3650 lbs.
Quarter mile times aren't everything.
