I did too when I clicked on the post. It became clearer when I read the list and was like "whaaaat???"

06/22/2018 - 9:01am I think the list is pretty…

I think the list is pretty bad overall.  How can Washington State and Kansas State be included?

Here is my list in no particular order:

Oregon State

Kansas

Rutgers

Kentucky

Vandy

Duke

Wake Forest

Arizona

Texas Tech

Indiana

(Maybe swap out Iowa State for Wake?)

06/22/2018 - 8:27am I don't think you are…

I don't think you are understanding what being on the list means.  It is the place where it would be hardest for a coach to build a winning program, NOT where it is most difficult for the visiting team to win.

06/13/2018 - 3:26pm The previous rule was only…

The previous rule was only participating in the first 30% (33%?) of the season, AND having an injury that forced the player to miss the remainder of the season.  This was a "medical redshirt".

For a regular redshirt, if a player participated on a single snap, they used a year of eligibility.

I can't comment for everyone, but I did like it, and the commenting is MUCH better than it was in beta.

Holy crap there are a lot of old-time accounts that I haven't seen for a LOOOOOOOONG time commenting in here.  Nice to see some of these usernames I had forgotten about.

Talk about concern trolling.  The kid is a 4 star to all of the services (247 & Rivals, ESPN hasn't given out stars to 2020 yet), not 5.

Are you sure the time moved? I know mlive says it is a change, but mgoblue.com has listed the start time at 5:45 since last week (5:45 for warmups and then the practice starts at 6:45).

I’m sure they did, but when he was born, no one knew there would be another huge war, and as such, dying in said war would net be figured in the life expectancy calculation.

Now if we were discussing average age at death (something wholey different), the. WWII would have an affect.

I see it exactly opposite. I think we either are hitting our 3s and win big (>10 pts), or we are cold and it is a close rock fight (within 2 scores either way the whole game).

Get rid of this thread - it has "suprisingly" become a political fight:

and the poster - doubled down on his terrible post, by blaming everyone complaining about it for liking paedophelia?!?!?:

Also, if you're inclined, there is some pretty vicious political name calling going on as well.

12/19/2017 - 12:38pm There is no town of Garber

The High School is Garber in Essexville (which essentially Bay City). It would be akin to saying “...went to the small town of St. Mary’s...” to recruit someone from OLSM.

You know that isn’t relevant to the Ole Miss players, right?

11/29/2017 - 4:22pm There is an error in 2007

Henne also only played the first 2 series of the Wisconsin (11th) game in 2007. While he technically started, I feel it is nearly the same as not playing.

You mean the one where Michigan was up 31-0 in the first quarter, and won 51-14? I’m fairly confident we would have still beaten UCF this year, especially before Speight went down.

They may have put-hit us again, but I don’t think Michigan would lose. Are you Scott Frost’s mom?

Besides the fact this is a pretty big stretch (M has had 2 more diff starters than OSU since 2001), 2 of your stated starters listed are wrong.

In 2007, Henne started and played most of the game (Mallett only had 3 pass attempts)

In 2010, Denard started and played over 1/2 of the game.

11/18/2017 - 10:32am Don’t sleep on UT

Pete Finebaum said that Lane Kiffin would be a great fit there, and he is an up-and-coming coach.

No, this is not a joke.

10/09/2017 - 2:46pm Yes, Ruiz's redshirt is

Yes, Ruiz's redshirt is gone.  He played in (among others) the Purdue game, which is after 30% of the season has passed, so even if he had a season ending "injury", he couldn't get this year of eligibility back.

10/06/2017 - 7:51pm Actually

Azteca is only 87,000 capacity.

A lot of old stadiums used to have huge capacity, because they were all standing “seats”. Azteca has almost 120,000, Maracana in Rio now has a capacity of 79,000 but had almost 200,000 long ago.

Michigan Stadium is the 2nd largest non-racing stadium in the world, behind May Day Stadium in N. Korea.

09/22/2017 - 2:03pm I think this whole post is burying the lede...

Rutgers was cheating and was STILL terrible.  How incompotent do you haev to be to cheat and still lose?

09/22/2017 - 8:44am Toll roads and increased fuel tax

Ohio’s fuel tax is nearly double Michigan’s, even after the recent increase (which just accounts for the past 20 years of inflation). When you have double the revenue coming in, you can do double the projects and improve the rod network. Michigan’s fuel tax doesn’t even allow road agencies enough money to maintain the current condition of their networks.

09/16/2017 - 10:10pm There was nothing iffy about

There was nothing iffy about Crawford's holding call. I sit the the SW corner of the stadium, and I could see he tackled the defender from there (penalty happened on the west sideline, near the north end). It was a good tackle, but not how a WR should block a DB.

09/16/2017 - 4:02pm Speight didn't fumble today,

Speight didn't fumble today, and the Evans fumble was well down field from the exchange. He didn't really sail many open throws, and the ones he did over throw were through the end zone, and that was the only place to throw it.

My cousin, who is a huge Michigan Fan, was stationed in Bahrain with the Coast Guard for a year.  I'll check with him to see how he watched the games while there.

09/07/2017 - 11:17am FYI

caned =/= canned

one involves being beaten with cane, the other is losing your job.

08/31/2017 - 11:51am Others have correctly answered above

Several answers above correctly state you need a ticket for her to get into the stadium, however, don't worry about finding an additional ticket with your group (ie. 5 together instead of 4).  For her, just buy the cheapest ticket you cand find, regardless of location; you will only need her ticket to get into the stadium.

Conversly, being a larger individual, I alwas appreciate any additional room I can get, so maybe the 5 seats together for 4.25 people would be a good idea, if it isn't too much of a premium.

08/31/2017 - 11:47am That's not exactly how the season tickets work though

For the endzone seats in your table (which I have), the cost is $430/seat for season tickets (plus a $10 renewal fee plus the $78 PSD). The "face value" on the tickets does not indicate how much you paid for the ticket for season ticket holders.  Even adding up all the fees, it "only" comes out to $518/seat as opposed to the $525 "face value" (which does not include the transaction or delivery fees from the ticket office if you buy from them).

Also, it the second table, you appear to have added the PSD twice, as the totals form the 1st and 2nd table should be the same.

08/31/2017 - 9:11am 16-21

16-21 Florida

Michigan struggles to finish drives with an inexperienced line, Speight throws a pick-six, Florida gets a long touchdown from a secondary breakdown and one sustained drive.

08/02/2017 - 10:19am Maybe, just maybe, the

Maybe, just maybe, the thought process was something along the lines of:

2 yrs. of Harbaugh > 2 yrs. of CMU coach &

UM degree > CMU degree &

UM undgergrad degree + CMU grad degree >>>>> CMU undergrad degree

Just a hunch.

08/02/2017 - 9:14am I'm not sure you understand

I'm not sure you understand the phrase "don't shoot the messenger".  That phrase impies you are relating information from some other source, not giving the board your #hottake on Harbaugh being a failure.

08/02/2017 - 9:10am If you haven't noticed,

If you haven't noticed, Morris's reshirt year will be played at Central, not Michigan. My understanding is that he was allowed to redshirt so he could grad transfer, not that he was redshirted to keep him around.
