Because then you only have two timeouts for the rest of the game.  Blaming Walton for Purdue making a half-court prayer seems a little short-sighted, and yet perfectly on-par for this blog sometimes.

This has been one of the best halves of basketball I have seen in a long time, the conflicting styles are amazing to watch. These are the best two teams in the Big 10 in my opinion.

Biased, one-sided officiating, Plane crashes, half court shots and full court passes as game ends.

Can you imagine what our record would be if God wasnt pulling out all the stops against us?  Tough to beat the other team, the officials AND a Diety.

Feeling good about 2nd half.. we'll get Mo back and start taking care of the ball. Purdue has been active on D. Great tourney bball, best time of the year

That last shot aside, superb finish to the half.  For awhile it was looking like it just wasn't our day but we've really battled.  20 more minutes.

we need to have Wagner guard Edwards in the second half if he's going to be on the floor (or Haas if both bigs are in). He can't guard those bigs without fouling.  DJ the far superior defender anyway.  He's forcing misses.
