What food combo do you love that makes people look at you funny?

Peanut Butter Twix and nacho cheese. Started out as a joke in high school to gross my friends out, but the combo paired together very surprisingly well. You'll just have to take my word for it.

I don't do anything cool like this. About the most extreme I get is I'll occasionally put blue cheese dressing on my pizza (works well after serious hot sauce on previous slices).

My wife does make a mean pot of cinnamon rice, which we accidently discovered is made even better by a touch of chicken stock when it is made. So that's an odd bit.

If I have earned it. Because that's what the dominatrix orders. Unless master commands  otherwise, in which case that stuff.  /s/50_shadenfreudes_of_ze_mgoblogs_maize_n_blues

(well damnit, OP did clearly state "fringe")

It was very common in the 60s and at least early 70s.  Why didn't we all become diabetic?  Don't know... other than it was during a time with no electronics, many hours spent out of doors, with endless exercise.

Not proud of it, but when i was a kid i would spread mayo on a slice of balogna, roll it up and stick a toothpick in it, then microwave it for like a full minute. I got really fat in junior high.

When I was a kid, my dad liked to eat a butter, peanut butter, lettuce, and salt sandwich on white bread. Thickly spread butter and peanut butter at that. Never interested me at all.

Tortilla chips with microwaved cream cheese. Tortilla chips with chicken salad used as dip (not the crap chicken salad with raisins or whatever, the type that is mostly mayo and chicken).

with yellow mustard inside the bread. Have been eating these for 60 years and are a menu item in several Macomb County bars.

Football season can't come quick enough with all the OT's being posted lately !

My wife likes hot dogs in her salads. I have to have ketchup on my egg sandwiches. Not uncommon but ive seen people hurt each other over this topic. Potato chips make every sandwich better. Fries make em even more better.

Mayo on your steamed broccoli with a squirt of lemon juice and salt/pepper to taste. Thank me later. Also, my wife eats a peanut butter, pineapple, pepperoni sandwich from time to time

Putting Peanut Butter on a ham sandwich, toss it in the microwave for like 15 seconds. Wasn't the biggest fan until I had it with HoneyBaked Ham, and Napolitano bread (which may be a Michigan thing or not, unsure, but delicious Italian bread) I don't it often but when I do I get really nostalgic.
