Ojeleye was averaging 23 and 9 on 59% shooting and 46% from 3 coming into tonight.

Tonight, matchuped against DJ Wilson, he had 11 points and 8 boards on 4/13(!!) shooting, including 2/5 from 3. Held below his season averages in all 4 stats.

GO BLUE!!!

Our next three games look fairly manageable now. Then we have a tough two game stretch with #9 Texas at home and on the road against #16 UCLA.

Now that we painted the biggest city in America maize and blue, let's hope we do the same in #2 Los Angeles in a few weeks!

Going with a big group mixed between Bruins and Wolverines; I feel a lot more confident now!

so good to get them back and we were so on point from the opening tip.

Very good decisions on both end of the court. A few bad shots, but generally, really sound basketball.

Great to smack their cheating asses around. 3rd time is the charm.

This team is legit. People laughed at me when I said we'd be in it at the end for the B1G Championship. But keep disrespecting them and Coach Beilein and his new and improved staff.

We're gonna be ranked on Monday or damn close to it. Gotta go out now and win a road game. If we dominate SCar on Wednesday on the road, boy are we in business.

Add:

- Size

- Defense

- DJ!

Without losing what's been great about Beilein teams all along:

- Ball security - 4 TO's!

- 3-pt shooting

- An actual offensive plan

What's not to love?  Go Blue!

Really impressive 2 games. I am enjoying the team playing defense and the fact it seems they are already understanding concepts better.

Also kudos to Beilein for understanding where the team needed help and going out and getting a coach who brought a strength to the weakness and being man enough to hand him the controls.

Up 29 or so with 5 mins to go and the starters are still playing until 130 left in the game...why can't we sit those starters and let them get some rest and play the bench guys for the last 5.  I just don't get it.  The team is very injury prone and we are blowing these teams out.  Let them rest a little it is a long season.  No need for Walton and Irvin to be playing 30+ mins in a blowout.
