There is just no ball movement...it is dribble shoot, dribble shoot....4 assists in the first half, plus we are getting killed on the boards. Coach should really consider sitting a couple starters until they understand that they need to play with more urgency. Maybe a couple of the freshmen will bring the energy needed to at least wake up the rest of the team.
The better option would be 4 20 team conferences with 2 10 team divisions. You play 9 conference games against your division and one game against each of the other conferences. Probably on a rotating basis. Then you essentially have an 8 team playoff. You have the conference championships with the winner of each division. Then you have your 4 team playoff. It would eliminate unbalanced schedules to an extent. It would also keep the bowls which can't go anywhere if you are creating something new. I believe you need to win your conference to have a chance to win the playoff. So yes I think Ohio St. and Michigan shouldn't be in the playoffs this year.
Terrible shooting so far. They need to get some assists as well. 1 in the first half isnt going to cut it. I know that they have only made 6 baskets but they need to get some easier shots and moving the ball does that.
Up 29 or so with 5 mins to go and the starters are still playing until 130 left in the game...why can't we sit those starters and let them get some rest and play the bench guys for the last 5. I just don't get it. The team is very injury prone and we are blowing these teams out. Let them rest a little it is a long season. No need for Walton and Irvin to be playing 30+ mins in a blowout.
Why is Walton and Irvin playing 35+ mins in these first two games. Wasn't that the problem last year is that they wore down as the season went along. I would think that they still win each game with them playing about 5 less minutes each.
I have a fairly extensive collection. My favorite game currently is Through the Ages. I also am a fan of Puerto Rico, Blood Rage, Arcadia Quest, Twilight Struggle, Lords of Waterdeep, Kingsburg, and Star Wars Rebellion.
I like all kinds of games. I find the more strategic ones are the ones I like the most though.

No redshirts were burned yesterday. The new rules allows everyone to play 4 games before burning their redshirt eligiblity.
