Harbaugh: Speight NOT out for the season (UPDATE 7:51pm)
Says it's a game-time decision but the reports of him being out for the reason are simply incorrect.
Just said this now on the Inside Michigan Football radio show.
I WANT TO BELIEVE
Harbaugh said Speight will be out of practice a "couple days" this week and "we'll see"

Harbaugh says any report saying Speight is out for the season is incorrect.

UPDATE: Speight just retweeted the above the tweet from NB that he is not out for the season. For old folks, a retweet is basically an endorsement in cases like these.

A more informed Danny Kanell? Is that even possible?

I'm shocked this is what you guys talk about after maybe the most embarrassing loss in recent memory. You haven't been good for alooooong time. Finally you have a chance to close out against maybe the worst Iowa team in several years. But I guess when you've been mediocre for so long this is what you talk about.

you said "no homo" wrong

Sick burn. You got us, man.

Based on your three trolling posts, I am pretty sure that this account will not last very long.

"Most embarrassing loss in recent memory" is a pretty interesting take. From what I have seen in college football this year, there hasn't been one team that didn't have at least one bad game, and Alabama just happens to be the only team who has got through without losing one. So, to single out Michigan as the only team who should be embarrassed by one loss, while still being in the driver seat in their division and controlling their own destiny to a National Championship, I think you just contradicted your own mediocrity claim.
C+ for effort since I am feeling generous today, but your troll game needs A LOT of work.

I'd tell you to go to hell but you're already there.

The attorney in me says that the statements should be read very carefully. Both easily could be true. In fact, Brian never said Speight was out for the season.

He could've been carted off the field in a cast and Harbaugh is going to say, we will see how the week goes before me make a determination if he will play this week. I don't blame him as he's not going to give Indiana any news that might help them prepare.
My guess is there are three sides to every story - yours, mine and the cold hard truth and I think the truth is somewhere in between. I would be shocked to see him play this week, but he might be ready to go by OSU week.

I want to believe Harbaugh over an unnamed source, but I've also been conditioned to believe that Michigan can't have nice things

for two different QBs. It's as simple as that!
I don't think Brian would release something of this nature without being certain.

Wilton walks out of the tunnel at the Horseshoe next week after JOK takes care of Indiana Saturday and has his Willis Reed moment while bringing us to Indy.
Book it!

I'm not prepared to do anything, say anything, that would possibly compare Coach Harbaugh to Hoke (even if I think that the latter was maligned at times when he didn't deserve it...)
November 15th, 2016 at 6:59 AM ^
Nor did he deserve it, But, who cares any more.

It may not be a fracture, it's quite possibly just aggravation of a prior injury. And a wounded psyche maybe. This could be interesting.

The definition of season would need to be defined.
This site says regular season which I assume to mean the 12 games.
Because the season technically will not end until late December/January.
