The meltdown on rcmb has hit epic levels. People are demanding posters get banned, threads getting locked and deleted, people crying how unfair the injuries to the team are, and others saying Delaney paid off the refs to screw MSU so UM could be relevant again.

I've never been on rcmb but I should create an acct and go mess with them... say that I have a source that said the refs are out to get msu because M will make money for the big ten. etc... it'll manifest itself and watch it inevitably lead to dantoni purge.

Do they even have a recruit we want? I'm thinking it wouldnt be too tough of a close at the moment. Sparty losing has become stale, poaching their recruits would spice up the schaudenfreude.

Really, you thought you guys were going to the playoffs this year?  I know, a lot of Spartan fans that got loud in recent years, don't actually watch the games but did you witness your team being exposed, dominated and dismantled by Alabama in your bowl game last year? After that you lost your NFL players that were recruited during our down years.  And you won't be able to replace them with recruiting now.

Michigan State just earned it's 7th loss of the season with likely more to come.

Brady Hoke's WORST season had seven losses.

For the record, Rich Rod's worst and first season had nine losses.

If they can't fill all the bowl spots, the last way in for Sparty is to use teams with the highest APR rate.  Here are the current FBS teams with 5 or fewer wins who would be ahead of MSU or Maryland (although most, scracth that, all of the others here could still get 6 wins and not need the APR rule LOL).  Note, the APR ranks include FCS and FBS.

Multi-Year Rate APR Rank Name W L
995 2 Duke 3 5
992 3 Northwestern 4 5
990 12 Vanderbilt 4 5
989 14 Army 5 4
987 17 Georgia Tech 5 4
984 26 North Texas 4 4
983 29 Stanford 5 3
983 30 UCF 4 4
982 35 Illinois 3 6
981 37 Boston College 4 5
979 43 Indiana 5 4
978 46 Michigan State 2 7
978 47 Missouri 2 6
978 48 Utah State 3 5
977 52 Maryland 5 3

Note, this only applies if MSU wins out, so there's that.

Me likey. We know MSU fans obsessively read this blog, so I say to them....reality check. Back to having bad football teams, Sparty. Better get reacquainted with it.
