So...what did you buy?
Now that mden.com has recovered from its night of misery and dysfunction and everyone in AA has had the chance to cycle through the MDen, what Nike gear did you pick up?
I grabbed a couple shirts and the backordered skinny M coaches pullover, which is apparently what Harbaugh designed and will be wearing on the sidelines this season. Guessing it was a big seller:

What's the difference between the Heritage 86 Vapor Dri-Fit hat
and the Vapor Sideline Coaches hat?
Because it honestly looks like just the vent holes in the back of the Sideline Coaches hat. Which would mean they actually removed material from this hat to charge 6 more dollars for it.
Oh it is. It involves an additional punching process. But that really seems to be the only difference and I don't really get the point.

hat is more streamlined, the M looks better, and I appreciate the dri-fit aspect because my watermelon stays cooler that way. The Harbaugh hat with Jumpman rear for the win in the fall though, the Dri-fit in the summer months, at least that's my plan.

Does anyone who has tried on the sweatshirts have any idea whether they'd fit someone that's very tall/slim? They look pretty awesome, but I don't really want something I'd be swimming in.
This is actually really nice. Just not worth $160 though.

Great looking stuff but those prices are crazy I can't afford any of these items.

Who has buyer's remorse for over paying for Nike garb?

I totally understand why some people fail to see the big deal about Nike, but I've always liked the style and fabric of Nike over that of Adidas. The quarter zip pullover, Hail T-shirt, and a hoodie for my wife were expensive, but I haven't bought anything since I knew the transition to Nike was going to take place.
I'm hardly an expert on fashion, but I'm a high school teacher and for my students there is only one premier brand that they want to wear and that is Nike, and especially Jordan brand. I'm usually as "uncool" as they come, but when I bought a pair of Jordans last spring my students talked about it like all of a sudden I was cool. I assure you, I'm not cool, so this was a change.
If Michigans goal in this switch to Nike was to get hype, attract attention from the fan base, and get noticed by young people then they succeeded. I won't say it will get recruits, but it won't hurt.

t-shirt with the Jumpman under the text but the block M on the collarbone was a deal breaker for me. I just don't like the placement of the M and prefer a simple design.
And I can't do the Dri-FIT clothing because it gives me the worst B.O. ,so I'm pretty happy with all the cotton shirts.

I'm pretty much in this boat, too. I have a full tracksuit from the 2007-8 season that I bought at the hockey garage sale (Hunwick's jacket, Billy Powers' pants, if the labels are believed) that remains perhaps the most comfortable set of clothing I own. It's held up like a champ. The jacket is awesome.

Not in Michigan right now and probably going to hold off on buying most of this stuff, even after I see it in person. Picked up one of the Adidas Harbaugh sweatshirts on sale in April, like the design better than what ended up being the crewneck with the Jumpman, and it was $35. If they somehow come up with a skinny-M adjustable hat, I'll be in for sure. That's probably all I need.

MDen.com says it's a pre order item, and the store employees said it wasnt there and would be there possibly by the end of the week.

Are any of the things sold today, only available for a limited time, or if I wait 1-2 months I'll just be able to purchase?
I did pick up in the clearance section last years home authentic jersey on discount.

I was FINALLY able to get my order through a few minutes ago. Picked up the fitted coaches sideline hat and the Jordan "Michigan Football" practice tee. I wish they had more non dri-fit shirts! My local Dicks Sporting Goods said they'll have stuff on the shelves tomorrow, so I'll probably stop by there too!

I'm boring, but I think that's a good start for now.

Fyi, if you use promo code FLASH at fanatics.com you get free shipping and 20% off. I'm not sure if they have all the same gear that Mden has, but they have quite a bit of stuff on there. That code is good for about another 7 hours or so depending on your time zone
You da man. My son saw your note and let me know. Got the Blue jumpman polo and the maize jumpman crewneck sweatshirt at 20% off and free shipping.
thanks!

The HAIL dri fit T-shirt. Started there to get through the first warm games. Have my eyes on a new polo for work on Fridays as well as a new jacket for the cooler games.
Food
Gas
A little less than the 2005 valuation of my home divided by 360 with a few other adjustments.
Assorted other things for the family.
Why? Did something important happen? No? Ok.

- 1/4 zip Jordan pullover in navy
- White unstructured Jordan hat with block M on front and Jumpman on side
- Navy Early Season Nike Polo (with the grey, amarillo and blue striped sleeves)
- Heather gray basic Michigan t-shirt in the new wordmark
That will do it for 2016.

The block Ms are obnoxiously large on all of these shirts. When they make a more low profile dri-fit I'm in.

I could have easily spent $200-$300, but my wife would have killed me so I just got one shirt:
until I read the text to the right of the M. It is not necessary for that dumb text to be there, and it was a deal killer for me. Otherwise, like it alot. Seems a relevant text could have been inserted, like "the team, the team, the team," or "Hail to the Victors", or something like that.
