(@next_gen_uniforms) Concept Michigan uniform (alternate)
If we're going to have the Jumpman on our uniforms, might as well have a modern look. I personally would love to have something like this for a possible alternate uniform. What would you guys like to see from the Nike/Jordan brand?

poor execution. I have no issue with the helmet stickers. We are a helmet stickers type of outfit to me and always have been. However, they were 1) way too big and 2) given out far to liberally. It was like a player got a sticker everytime they "didn't fumble." I would shrink them by half and make them more difficult to be awarded so that there is still room on the helmet that is not helmet stickers by the time of The Game.

These two have full coverage without taking a single snap. I get that you reward off field stuff and practice hustle but c'mon.
It's the only Harbaugh/Bo decision I don't like. The winged helmet looks much better when it's clean.
I don't want anything resembling bumble bee stripes.
Too many logos. Get that B1G logo off and remove the block M. Keep it simple. I know we have to have the big logo, are we able to put it somewhere else? Hate that logo
It does look pretty cluttered.. good point.
How about the B1G across our asses? Maybe even throw in a Jim Delaney autograph across it.

but just have it stitched in as blue on the homes and white on the aways. It's still there but not sticking out so much.

to have Jordan in the mix, a logo with a basketball player on a football uni. . . just. . . awkwardly. . . corporate.

what you are saying but it is not a "basketball logo" anymore. It is the equivalent of a Nike swoosh on golf equipment. At one point people thought that was odd too but Jumpman is bigger than basketball now the way Nike, Adidas, Puma etc. are kind of universal. It will be on football, basketball, soccer, golf, tennis etc. pretty soon.

It's a picture of a basketball player, playing basketball, so yeah, it's pretty much a basketball logo. I agree with Glob, I think it looks really awkward.

its the logo for Michael Jordan's line of apparel with Nike. Yes, the person on the logo is in a basketball pose but Subway has salads and Tony Hawk has a whole line of clothing that is not made of skateboards. I don't think this is as odd as you do.
There. I said it. I know the Bad Boys era was like, well, a long time ago. But Jordon can kiss my ass. I hate that his likeness is on our uniforms. I will never buy anything with his likeness on it.
(And yes, I am aware that I am outnumbered a million to one, and Nike doesn't remotely care. Still, that doesn't change my opinion one bit.)
we finally, FINALLY, get rid of Adidas and this is what some people are saying now. You might not be able to recognize how iconic Michael Jordan is in the world of sports and how sporting his logo is nothing, nothing but a very good thing but the rest of the country and the kids we are recruiting certainly do. This is absurd.
We wore blue pants so compared to that this looks good.
The stripes could go as far as im concerned. I like it the concept with the white shoes. Might be in the minority on that.

I really like them. Of course, I am not a 70 year old Michigan fan who wants the stadium experience to be the same as it was in 1955. I definitely like black cleats more, but this actually looks halfway decent.
Our blue was a bit darker and our maize was a bit grayer... and the fans all wore hats and ties. Other than that, no difference.
I like when they play music in the Big House and pump in artificial noise since 35% of the fans just sit there the entire game. You know, the music and noise that 17 year old recruits actually want to hear. I am sure they did not do much of that in 1955.
Apparel logos get bigger, and bigger, and bigger...
I don't like this, not one bit, but only have limited focus so it is a world problem dead to me.
