Which recruit are you most excited about? Who do you think was rated way to low?

But seriously though, on days like today it's easy to forget that we have more talent COMING BACK than any team in the B1G, and more than the vast majority in the country.  That much talent coming back + all of this talent coming in = a very happy 2016.

For the 2016 class, outside of Gary... I'm most excited about:

  1. Khaleke Hudson
  2. Brandon Peters
  3. Lavert Hill
  4. David Long
  5. Ben Bredeson

Lockdown DBs, a couple of dominant lineman, and a prototypical Harbaugh QB who is going to have at least 4, maybe 5 years to develop under Harbaugh.  It's gonna be good.

Quinn Nordin, I have never been this excited about a kicker before. If Jim Harbaugh's willing to spend the night at this kids house he's gotta be able to put some points up. Hell if the recruiting services are right this kid has the potential to break the schools all time points record, which in most cases are held by kickers.

is a great choice.  So much talent in this class I'm going with a 4 way tie because an eight way tie would be a cop out on the ?   Onwenu is an especially exciting to me as I think he can be a star on either side of the ball, and we really needed him in this class.  With their speed and coaching they will receive, Long and Hill will become shut down corners eventually, and Asiasi has the tools and skills to be an epic tight end here.  Honestly very excited about every player in this class like most of us.

It's been a long time since I was comfortable that if we were behind our QB could bring us back and win a game by throwing the ball.  I'm not saying it never happened.  Ruddock absolutely surprised me a number of times, but at the same time I sorta cringed a little bit with some of the balls he threw.  I'm looking forward to having a QB that can win on his shoulders and be confident about it.

Surprised no one has mentioned the Camden guys - Hawkins and Johnson. Hawkins might be the best WR in this group - very big and strong receiver who will go up and get the ball. Reminds me of Hemingway. No one will out muscle him for the ball. And Ron Johnson is a very quick yet big framed DE who could stay on the weak side or grow into a SDE. Like Kemp, he has a lot of versatility on the DL.

Kareem Walker. He has a ton of room for growth. He is still skinny in the lower body, as long as he puts in the work he will start to full-out, he'll start to gain even more speed and most of all better balance. I'm excited for that kid.

I think I would say Walker. I know he slipped some in the rankings. But I was really excited when he committed. Looking forward to seeing what he can do.

Mine would have to be Hudson. On offense or defense, this kid is a stud. I think he would be best at safety where he would have a bit of freedom to rock people, big enough to play in the box/as a force player.

A whole lot to like about these guys:

Onwenu

Bredeson

Asiasi

Long

Mitchell

But if you saw the video of Khaleke Hudson leap frog over a standing teamate and catch a pass with one hand, Its hard to not be excited about what he can be. Somebody should post a link to that video and share it with the family.

His build says "dangerous receiver" to me.  I don't think you're gonna climb the ladder against that guy and win very often.

I was pleasantly surprised that it was the "film study" so to speak presentation on how M uses TEs that changed his mind for the good guys.

I predict Fisch is going to be borderline deadly next year.

Didn't see too many people saying Ahmir Mitchell. I think he's going to be very special. Great size & build for an incoming frosh WR and plenty of speed to go along with it.
