LOINS

The most Lions play ever.

Aaron Rodgers would have to outrun 4 DL in order to be able to legally pitch the ball again........and you do that.

Love being LIONS FREE so I can openly laugh at this.

And its not the most Lions thing ever.  I mean there is a competition for most Lions things ever - this can go into the pile with 50 others.

How hard is it to cover a freaking hail mary? Richard Rodgers literally backpedalled TEN YARDS and caught the ball. Jesus christ.

But don't even give the ref that chance. Especially when you are tackling the preciouses (gotta protect those moneymaking QBs ya know).

And...that was about the worst defended Hail Mary I have ever seen. There were three GB players near the ball, and one Lions player (behind them, of course). Nobody was looking for the ball. I mean...what in the actual fuck were you doing on that play???

Lions fans...what other plays top this?

For example, when the punt happened...I hadn't felt that kick in the balls since Kordell Stewart.

App St., we sucked the whole fucking game. It was awful, but we weren't winning. Like Kordell and "the punt."

I keep reading everyone say "most lions/loins play ever" or "not even close"...what other ones (in the last 20 years) rank up there?

I have too much anxiety over Michigan football to truly give a shit about the NFL. I watch it like watching the Bahamas Bowl. It's just football on TV.

None. Lions win the game. Ref prolongs game on a bad call and NFL has no process in place to prevent it. Then, GB hits a 61 yard Hail Mary which is like 1 out of 100. Oh well. Seeing everyone laughing about it is a bit annoying though. The Lions win the game under a rational system and, instead, GB's phantom win could impact the playoff race. I don't think the NFL really cares about getting calls right though b/c fans will keep watching anyway.

I am a diehard Lions fan. This is just another in a long line of comical "same old Lions." It doesn't even bother me when they lose, I just laugh at the amazing ways they continue to find to do it.

And you do...what exactly?? It was not even close to a face mask...not even in the ballpark. Yes, they screwed up the coverage on the Hail Mary, but I have no gripes over a 100% clean tackle that Rodgers sold to be called a face mask.

then giving up a TD, then having a 1st down at midfield, the other team having no TO's left, but still too much time left to kneel out the clock...it all felt eerily familiar.

Run 3x in a row and punt with less than a half minute left? Or throw for the 1st down - and the game?

Three runs and a punt, of course. Just like Michigan vs Colorado in '94...

what about the missed hold and block in the back on the last play its funny how the refs seen an inadvertant pass interference but cant see a hold or block in the back on the same play, you know why they were in awe of that GOD aaron rodgers and werent paying attention, now i agree you dont defend at the back of the end zone, you cover at the front of the endzone and adjust from there but the no calls on the last play were a joke

At this point I just laugh at all the ways they keep finding to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Hell, they almost blew the game in Green Bay by missing two extra-point kicks.

Not this time. You don't have a right to complain about the refs when you concede a freaking 61 yard Hail Mary with barely ANY resistance. The refs didn't botch the Hail Mary. It's a non issue if the lions had any semblance of competency defending a damn Hail Mary. Not a single guy was in position to make a play on the ball. Not a one.
