How about a two game "home and home" w Sparty?
The year of COVID - lets get crazy!!!!
September 18th, 2020 at 11:47 PM ^
Michigan will get Wisconsin and Minnesota. Ohio State will play Rutgers three times.
September 19th, 2020 at 8:11 AM ^
And The University of Chicago
September 18th, 2020 at 11:48 PM ^
Watch Michigan get Minn and Wiscy.
September 18th, 2020 at 11:57 PM ^
Our schedule is going to be so hard we might finish with the same record as a garbage msu team.
September 19th, 2020 at 1:24 AM ^
You think Michigan is gonna go 0-8?
September 18th, 2020 at 11:59 PM ^
this pleasures me
September 19th, 2020 at 3:45 AM ^
Nice idea by BTN to drive up ratings. Why else would anyone watch the BTN kickoff show today? Capitalism work$.
September 19th, 2020 at 7:23 AM ^
It’s not on BTN though... it’s on Fox
September 19th, 2020 at 7:24 AM ^
I could be wrong and maybe BTN will carry the unveiling of the BIG schedule as well, but it appears this will air on FOX at noon.
September 19th, 2020 at 12:27 AM ^
I just have this bad feeling the B1G is going to screw us with a hard ass schedule.
September 19th, 2020 at 12:28 AM ^
That's because you're negative in every single post you make here.
September 19th, 2020 at 12:34 AM ^
No, I'm not. I'm just a realist. At least I want to keep our good coach Mr. Harbaugh but many on this board want to get rid of him.
September 19th, 2020 at 12:44 AM ^
The shorter schedule means they will maximize big-name matchups. So we'll draw OSU, PSU, Wisc, and MSU, or at least 3 of those.
September 19th, 2020 at 3:37 AM ^
We are guaranteed PSU, OSU, and MSU - they are in our division.
September 19th, 2020 at 7:25 AM ^
Wow what a hawt take you made there. You REALLY think we’ll have to play at least the three in our division? Wow. Really going out on a limb there.
September 19th, 2020 at 1:17 AM ^
In my experience - every negative, miserable opinionated person in the world calls themselves a "realist".
You should try the positive (even if less probable) approach sometime. A hell of a lot more fun...
September 19th, 2020 at 2:40 AM ^
Not miserable at all. I hope you are not!
September 19th, 2020 at 12:36 AM ^
Whatev dude, based on what I've seen far so out of the scheduling by the B1G, I don't now how anyone could be anything but pessimistic.
September 19th, 2020 at 12:34 AM ^
Rumor has it mich vs msu and psu vs osu opening weekend. Crazy if true.
September 19th, 2020 at 12:37 AM ^
For logistics?
September 19th, 2020 at 12:52 AM ^
That would be awesome. The losers of those games could easily recover by the end of the season.
September 19th, 2020 at 1:04 AM ^
When will the Big Ten realize Dave Brandon is gone? I hope Michigan doesn’t have to play Covid U. in the first game.
September 19th, 2020 at 7:26 AM ^
Well it’s from Yacht who said in his very next tweet that the schedule was going to be released next week. Just an hour or two before they announced they’re releasing it this morning. So I’d take that rumor with a grain.... er can of salt.
September 19th, 2020 at 1:03 AM ^
I want to see football but with the Baylor game cancelled because contact tracing, I don’t have my hopes up.
I feel for the players.
September 19th, 2020 at 3:39 AM ^
This is why rapid same day testing is key! Contact tracing becomes much easier / less all-encompassing. Stay positive, test negative, play football.
September 19th, 2020 at 1:22 AM ^
Remember when we did this exact same thing a month ago? Can't wait to have the six game schedule revealed in October after the season gets postponed again
September 19th, 2020 at 3:42 AM ^
I remember it all too well. I also distinctly remember Kevin Warren telling us that the decision to defer until winter fit football would not be revisited in a written statement addressing the backlash. I think we can be forgiven for our trust issues here!
September 19th, 2020 at 8:29 AM ^
Pepperidge Farm remembers.
September 19th, 2020 at 1:43 AM ^
Don’t you dare talk this down by saying we already did this once. This time it’s for real dammit!
September 19th, 2020 at 6:19 AM ^
For an eight game schedule, unless they do away with divisions altogether it would seem to make the most sense to just eliminate one set of crossover games in each teams’ original nine game Big Schedule.
in our case it means we’d play two of either Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Purdue. Hopefully Purdue is one of the games that remains.
September 19th, 2020 at 6:29 AM ^
For what it’s worth, OSUs opponents are Iowa, Nebraska, and Illinois.
September 19th, 2020 at 8:31 AM ^
Urban Meyer will reveal that Justin Fields accepted $100,000 from a new "family friend". He then explains that OSU demonstrated their honesty and integrity, by self reporting and giving him a three game suspension. Urban goes on to reveal OSU schedule, which features three home games with Rutger, to start the season. BTN accepts OSU actions and commends them for being a beacon of good sportsmanship.
September 19th, 2020 at 10:05 AM ^
WOW! I am so shocked....... NOT. Starting at Minny (actually expected this) and OSU gets a cupcake AT HOME.....
This is such BS>........
September 19th, 2020 at 10:59 AM ^
Three hours is too long for this show.
Three quiet hours with no fans in the background is really too long.
