Two words: Feleipe Franks. He's terrible. Michigan by 2+ scores.
Michigan's offense is actually perfect for these guys. Run the ball which will get better as the game goes on. It will be too close early despite Michigan being in control and then they should pull away in the 2nd half.

"an offensive road map (aka: crossing route frenzy) from the Indiana and OSU games was handed to the Gators and that we might not have a defensive answer for it."
Always solve your problems with aggression. If that doesn't work, use more aggression. But above all else, it's vitally important to not come out with anything new for the game—it's a longstanding Michigan tradition to do exactly what we've done all season. Doing something truly unexpected is just not sporting.

This is just sad man. Fucking sad. And there really is no excuse at this point. All the criticism they have leveled at Michigan for the litany I things leading up to and now in this game is fair.
Pains me to say this.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:23 AM ^
Our once-a-decade chance to be in our home unis in a bowl game.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:24 AM ^
Another board posting stating Mone may not play per Sam Webb. Edit: apparently he is dressed and warming up.
Another reason to air it out in this one as the D may not look too great.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:28 AM ^
Berkley Edwards returning kicks today. Moody again on FG tries.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:35 AM ^
Glad to see Berkley back on the field.

Bye Nordin?

I share the apathy of a lot of us. But there's another way to look at it.
If we win this game, we'll have an 11 win season ending on a winning note. Here's a complete list of the times that has happened in the last 100 years: 1997, 2011.
(Of course, teams used to play less than 13 games. So you should probably look at "no more than 2 losses and ending with a win", which gives you also 1980, 1985 and a few other years I'm too lazy to look up. But the point is: we are being way too negative about what could still be a great season by the standards of Michigan football -- the sort you should only expect two or three times a generation.)
December 29th, 2018 at 11:56 AM ^
No season that ends with an embarrassing beatdown at the hands of our biggest rival can ever be considered "great."
I can't believe I even have to say this.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:27 AM ^
This references Dylan McCaffrey as the backup QB... Is he fully recovered from his broken collarbone?
December 29th, 2018 at 11:28 AM ^
No, Peters & Milton are the backup QB's.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:31 AM ^
Ross at MLB for Bush, Evans at RB for Higdon, Stueber at RT for JBB, and Paye for Gary. Slot goes to Perry.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:33 AM ^
Hill likely to return in '19 with Long.
Edit: I should note, Long will take a harder look at the NFL after this game. He could go even if Hill stays.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:43 AM ^
Would change the outlook for the defense drastically! If they shore up DT, it’s another top 5 unit.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:44 AM ^
Might be too early for Hill to have made up his mind though.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:29 AM ^
Section 106 row 17 on location!
And booooooo Marcus Ray, who was broadcasting live right down in front of me a few minutes ago, with a microphone in one hand and several Chick-fil-A sandwiches in the other.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:42 AM ^
Looking like Godzilla, Marcus lifted up and ate a whole franchise.

Go Blue!
December 29th, 2018 at 11:33 AM ^
Coming out party for Kwitty
December 29th, 2018 at 11:35 AM ^
LET’S GO BLUE! Finish the season with a win!
December 29th, 2018 at 11:35 AM ^
Alright, les do this.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:35 AM ^
I think we all wanted more for this season. That being said, it’s game day. I’m excited to see how some of these young guys respond- a win in this game does matter. Go Blue!
December 29th, 2018 at 11:37 AM ^
Excited to see how the offensive tackles do and our running game. Maybe use our talent to throw aggressively.
Defensive line and linebackers will be of interest to me.
Go Blue!
December 29th, 2018 at 11:39 AM ^
Khaleke Hudson needs to have a big game today.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:41 AM ^
Mone running with the one's in the warm up.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:42 AM ^
Looks like Shea, Milton, and then Peters today in the rotation.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:44 AM ^
Shea was listed as 6' 5" in umproud's write up. Either he's grown a lot, or I'm actually 6' 8"
and thanks umbig for the updates.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:44 AM ^
As it should be, especially if Peters is (presumably) going to leave.
I wish we’d throw a screen to Milton and let him throw back to Shea or another player downfield. We didn’t have many exotic looks (if any) this year.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:49 AM ^
Milton passed Peters...wow
December 29th, 2018 at 11:45 AM ^
So Kemp, Marshall, and Dwumfour are our only DTs today?
December 29th, 2018 at 11:51 AM ^
I've barely been online this morning, but unless I missed something we'll also have Donovan Jeter. Carl Myers will probably see some snaps too.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:45 AM ^
Made this just for today
December 29th, 2018 at 11:47 AM ^
I guarantee all those “I don’t care about this game” people are going to realize how wrong they were when ESPN switches over to the game.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:47 AM ^
On a separate note, I hate that there is no Punt/Counterpunt this week. Unless I missed it.
Was really looking forward to some more witty banter from Raj.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:49 AM ^
I really hope Winovich has a big day. One of my favorite players to wear the maize and blue. I’ll never question a guy who looks out for his future and nfl, but can really value a guy who wants to finish things out. Go Winovich. One. More. Time!!
December 29th, 2018 at 11:50 AM ^
What happened to Punt Counterpunt?
December 29th, 2018 at 11:53 AM ^
BPONE
December 29th, 2018 at 11:52 AM ^
Nico Collins and Tarik Black were made by computers....they are freaks of nature.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:53 AM ^
Throw the ball to our star receivers please, not Jake Moody.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:56 AM ^
Please please please offense, don't stink this game up.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:57 AM ^
I just want to see if the coaches have learned anything from OSU and are still trying to slam a square peg in a round hole.
December 29th, 2018 at 11:59 AM ^
If it comes down to clock management today. . . Florida wins.
December 29th, 2018 at 12:01 PM ^
Wow, they filled the joint.
Somebody cares.
December 29th, 2018 at 12:02 PM ^
We mash the jorts.
December 29th, 2018 at 12:02 PM ^
Stueber gets his second start against a good opponent. Lets see what a few weeks of Ed Warner grooming does. I think he'll do much better after being baptized by fire. Uche on defense will be fun to see if he gets pressure. Most important, I'm watching to see if we can get pressure in the middle to keep Franks from stepping up in the pocket. I think the DEs will pressure
December 29th, 2018 at 12:03 PM ^
Anxious to see if the coaches self scouted and addressed the weaknesses.
December 29th, 2018 at 12:04 PM ^
Our AD sent back around 3,500 tickets. Florida AD bought them up. Definitely pro Florida in the stadium.
December 29th, 2018 at 12:04 PM ^
Hoping Chase has the game of his life and goes out with a big win!
December 29th, 2018 at 12:04 PM ^
I'm scared.
