Harrison is an EE. I'm not sure I've ever seen it confirmed that he was planning to sign early too.

There's really no need for him to sign early. In truth, there's no need for any top recruit to sign an LOI at all. They can sign financial aid papers without being locked into a school and could change their minds until they start classes.
