Sunny day = heaven smiling upon our victory

Cloudy day = we win in the shade

Rainy day = squeaky clean win

Tornado = blow them away win

Monsoon = drown them in TDs

Dantoni's weather machine will not save them this year

Looking forward to the weather posts before Rutgers and Indiana. Oh wait - doesn't matter because they are inferior opponents. No offense specifically to OP but damn this is a lot of weather posts.

We suit up Saturday and kick Sparty's teeth in from the first snap if it's a blizzard, 90 degrees and sunny, or if the first ever Great Lakes hurricane appears over Lake Michigan. Hope the team doesn't read this board and get the yips because it's gonna drizzle. Come on people.

Michigan’s State has a good run defense, but they haven’t played anyone that can match, or in our case maybe overmatch their defensive line and scheme. Penn state hit some big ones on them last week and we can do the same. I bet our te’s are going to have a field day tomorrow.

This is the most important part of the game, and is the major reason i am nervous about the game. If there was 22mph winds, like estimated a few days ago - this would be a tough, tough game.  If the winds can get down to 16mph, i like our chances much better.  The less wind, the better.  Our biggest advantage is passing against their defense.  Turn it into a mash it out run game, and we could be in trouble.

Because they can run against our D? Let us see here. They have one of the worst run game. We have a good run game. Our run D is really really good. They have a statistical advantage on run D but were gashed by PSU. In a wind at 22 mph, I say the QB is a wash. It really takes away one weapon they have in Davis. So, advantage UM whether it is rain or wind or sunny

It's been nice here in Lansing for 2 days. All we need is for the front to delay a few hours and we are good. Fuck Dantonio's weather machine!

This is only important for those who are going to be sitting in the stands in East Lansing. As for our team? It matters not. (As long as they don't try to run the option in Hurricane Katrina).

I think my favorite thing about these weather threads are the posters who get mad.

Why get mad?

1. It's a football message board.

2. If you don't think weather impacts sporting events and outcomes (especially football), you haven't played a lot of competitive team sports.

3. If it really bothers you, don't click in the damn thread.
