Wisconsin to play Alabama is 2015
I guess the Alvarez/Beilema annual tour of Baby Seal U's is taking a detour. Good to see.
It's like when Wisconsin pays UTEP to come and play them out-of-conference, only this time they're the baby seal...
They'd probably have a chance had Beilema stayed and kept the machine humming. Now I'm predicting more embarrasment for the B1G.
a 1% chance is still a chance.
He had been able to attract a senior QB developed by another program. It has been a while since WI took a HS kid and turned him into a decent college QB. But 'Bama will have a new QB that year, I think, so maybe it won't be a slaughter if they are fairly one-dimensional.
Would have been 10x more interesting if it was a Wisconsin vs Arkansas deathmatch.
And then have Michigan vs San Diego State in a basketball deathmatch of awkwardness.

Good Luck... (albanian accent from Taken)
This is the biggest scheduling 180 imaginable for these guys. Replacing nowhere state with Alabama
Don't worry, Wisconsin will luck their way into a decent game because Alabama will get the flu or something, just like they lucked their way to this year's Rose Bowl and lucked their way through getting Russell WIlson.
You sure its not Alabama A&M?
Fuck Wisconsin. .....oh this isnt basketball?
You're still right. The property is transitive.
not so sure they're still going to be able to pound the ball the same way in 2-3 years. Plus, I'm not sure Wisconsin would stand a chance now when they're basically at about the highest point the programs ever been. Probably not going to end well unless Alabama gets hammered with sanctions immediately
hahahaha.... Have a blast Badgers
This is a good thing for the Big Ten. Although, like most of you, I think Wisco will get Rick Rolled in this game, it will help recruiting for a couple years since it's a pretty sweet opportunity, and Wisconsin will be better for scheduling this.

I thinks it's he's problem.
is bo ryan coaching the football team now??
Gonna love to see them get their shit wrecked. I wore my Michigan jersey the day of the Alabama game and every bro in Madison wanted to make sure I knew we were gonna get stomped.

Notre Dame's offense was missing a Heisman-winning quarterback, and they didn't have the fortune of playing Bama the week after a draining game in Death Valley. Notre Dame didn't exactly light up the scoreboard last year, either.
You're comparing apples and oranges. No, actually, you're comparing apples and car washes. Or 3-bedroom condos.
No, not really. It all lumps into the same "LOLZ look at scUM they suck" category that we've been dealing with for the last half-decade plus. In addition to the two games I mentioned above, we have any single thing that happened during the Rich Rod era, the Clowney decapitation, getting boat-raced by Bama in a nationally televised game, etc. It doesn't matter if Bama was/is one of the most dominant teams in decades, or the Clowney hit was the only decent play he made all day, it all turns into ammo that gets used against us. I absolutely guaran-damn-tee you that if Wiscy pulls the upset or makes it real close, one of the first things we hear from Badger fans, or B1G fans in general, is "Hey remember when Michigan played Bama, HALOL" That's the point I'm making.
That is the complete opposite of an entertaining football match-up.

So, will it be a fiercely-contested game between two top ten teams, or will Bama be on probation and Wiscy have gone down a couple of notches by then? The best of both worlds would be a strong Wiscy team against a Bama team on probation with a new coach and limited schollies.
