What I'm saying is it still doesn't make any sense. The best guy I can think of to attack Mattison's defense is Urban. And he's theirs....
Ultimately, we will not know until Novemeber. I'm just saying I'm more confident since we have Mattison in our back pocket.

Plus, having our D chase around Denard in practice helps.
Mattison came through at the end of the game, when it mattered.
Your handle alone is flamebait. OSU caught Mattison off guard by going verticle against us, unlike they had done all year. Our secondary is much improved as is our linebacking, so my hope is to contain Miller better this year.
Bring heat against spead.
If they buy tickets they would be there I guess. I mean other than that I'm not sure how else they would get there.
They won't be in Indy because they broke the rules for years.
I would be extremely surprised to see them in Indy.
Edit: LOL guy got demolished, I thought I was the only one commenting but once I posted 4 others had as well.
I'd be very surprised to see them in Indy, considering they're not legally allowed to be there.
Not sure if serious. They can't go to Indy.
Watching the ND game....it drives me crazy that their Adidas uniforms actually fit properly. Ours have always looked sloppy and loose IMO. You would think the jersey would be the same or nearly the same cut, etc.
Give them that. Not much else about them has looked good for a long time.
Any Wisconsin fan watching just had an unpleasant flashback.
Those of us at the game has the exact same "where's the line of scrimmage" question as we did back in October.
Wow their defense looks horrible. They get pressure, but it looks like the o-line just sucks. Along with that, they leave wide receivers wide open all the time
Miller is probably an All Big-10 type player at some point in his career. Maybe not this year, but next year he might be the best QB in the conference. That said, Guiton is terrible. OSU can make some noise this season, but not if Miller misses any time.
Is TP driving in the 500? I know he has a rep for lovin' on some fast cars, maybe they can have an alumni reunion and compare tats and NFL prospects over a jug of milk.
Just saw a graphic during Urban Liar's halftime interview: 2012 #3 ranked recruiting class. What's up with that? The highest rank I've seen for them is 7-8.
Why is that considered trolling? It was a legitimate question.
EDIT: More specifically, has anyone seen them ranked that high and by what service/media outlet?
Probably because you called him Urban Liar. Take that to MLive
Because you said "Urban Liar" like one of those children on RCMB or Bucknuts. Show some class. We let our actions on the field do our trash talking for us. And yes, they were #3 on ESPN I am fairly sure.
has them at 6 and us at 7 FWIW. Not sure where that #3 is coming from...
Scout has them as the #3 class and Michigan as the #4.
for the info.

EDIT: I am S-L-O
Notre Dame's quarterbacks look terrible and their defense looks worse.
Denard with 600 yards of offense this time? (In addition to Toussaint's 400, obviously.)
OSU's OLine definitely looks vulnerable in pass protection. Hopefully we can use our smaller, quicker DLine to exploit that.
Miller is sporadic, making great throws interspersed with awful ones. He should be fine, but if he gets hurt though, they might be in trouble with Guiton.
Overall, I don't think it would be crazy to predict 8-10 wins for them this year.
We might just see them in Indy after all.
/ducks.
