"It's a lot easier being a drug dealer than an AAU coach" - this guy. Tell me something I don't know. I mean, don't think but have never tried either.

And yet Michigan ran for 152 yards and 451 in the air, I am not quite sure I'd label their DL great.

From twitter/open thread sounded like no push as a group.
|1 week 21 hours ago||And Northwestern scored 9||
And Northwestern scored 9 points in regulation, offense was anemic and the backup averaged 3.8/carry. Makes that game easier. Northwestern went from 17th in rushing with Mark in 2012 to 70th in 2013 without Mark for most of the year.

Well technically Nebraska is B1G expansion.

Tom Brady might not have been elite, but he was close, even if he wasn't considered it at the time. He led the Big Ten in effeciency and completion percentage his senior year. That was before the spread 'n shred took off. The spread really inflated completion percentages and I don't think Borges took advantage of some of the easy stuff that would've helped Devin's numbers.
Devin did lead the B1G in YPA the last couple of years which is a better stat than completion percentage. It's just his highs were so high and the lows so low that it was hard to tell who the real Devin is. He seems to struggle more than others with a good pass rush that doesn't give him time to let routes develop and can't step into his throws. Will see how much of that was scheme this year, we may not see how much of that was the fault of a really bad oline as this one may be worse at protecting him.

Russ Wilson behind a poor Oline at NC State never crack 60% fwiw. I can also name plenty of elite college QB's who have don't have really high 60-70% completion percentages, has a lot to do with the offense. Matt Ryan, Chad Henne, Tom Brady...of the top of my head

I remember Tony Banks killng this freshman in '95 who kept almost making plays. As he got experience he made those plays. Not to compare Stribling to Woodson but give him some time.

To answer your question, no, a once every four years event doesn't make the sport major, ask the Winter Olympics. It is trending in the right direction but I don't think it is there yet.

I think there's certainly some similarity. We don't know the particulars in the Lewan case, but one punch from a large athlete is very dangerous, ask Rudy T. Lewan and Campbell both have some jerky behavior on the field as well, difference is Lewan is 6 years older.

I'd say the opposite. Nik's height enables him to shoot over smaller opponents off the dribble easier than a guy who is 6'2. Eron's height will probably help keep him in college until his eligibility expires.

Who are the opponents of the NCAA? The NAIA? I am confused, I may be responding to sarcasm, if the "NCAA" wanted stipends then they'd pass the needed legislation in order to allow it, instead of voting it down. There is a majority of BCS conference members that would pass the stipend in a Super D1 scenario. Even that can be interpreted as appeasement to mounting criticism.

He did that or Kevin Sumlin? Joeckel, Matthews, Evans etc., did they have anything to do with Texas A&M or was it just Johnny?

Gary is also a year younger, which is significant in the NBA draft. Plus his shooting numbers were better as a freshman.

|16 weeks 2 days ago||The biggest thing a||
The biggest thing a university can do to make it feel good to be a fan (besides win) is set their players up for future success. Jordan Morgan two engineering degrees feels good to root for, guys like Martavius Odoms and Vincent Smith going back and trying to make a difference in their communities feels good. That stuff is hard to quantify and it is hard to say if Brandon is doing an effective job at it but things like a good player retention rate in football under Hoke and guys moving towards Michigan degrees would seem to be a good sign.

A professor of mine did a study on the 80/90 showing the truck traffic forced on the OH-2 from the toll ends up costing Ohio more money than is generated from the toll.

Hopefully means he knows GRIII and McGary are staying and he saw how good Donnal was and thought there would not be enough PT, especially after the breakthrough 5th year Morgan. Best of luck to him.

Kaminsky's stretch potential & all-around skill-level definitely attractive from a NBA standpoint, but who does he guard? Poor rebounder too

Jordan Morgan had played one minute through the first to games last year. Horford/McGary had both passed him for playing time. After Mitch/GRIII anounced they were coming back there was speculation Morgan may take a grad year transfer. Helluva game/season for him. Those who stay...

It'd be particularly easy just to flip UM/Wisc if that's the matchup. Winner get's the #1 in the East, loser gets #2 in the Midwest.

I don't think if there was movement matters, only if the defender gets in position with both feet on the ground before the player with the ball leaves his feet. In both cases it seems like a charge.
Art. 4. To establish an initial legal guarding position on the player with the ball:
a. The guard shall have both feet touching the playing court. When the guard jumps into position initially, both feet must return to the playing court after the jump, for the guard to attain a legal guarding position.
b. The guard’s torso shall face the opponent.
c. No time and distance shall be required.
d. When the opponent with the ball is airborne, the guard shall have attained legal guarding position before the opponent left the playing court.

Been cool to see a UM presence on All-Star weekend again. Can't wait till Nik dominates the 3-point contest. Actually I can wait like two more years.
|27 weeks 7 hours ago||This will be the first time||
This will be the first time he didn't have the dominant program in the State. His team loses a lot this year and his recruiting has been mediocre lately. If he was going to jump ship this might be the time to do it.

Michigan obviously has the room and the only character flaw he has shown is that he wants to attend MSU. FSU had a couple of signing day decommits so I assume they have room. OSU was tight on numbers before a bunch of late signings, but I am sure Urbz would find a way.
