Jim can do no wrong right now.  if he wants to stay long term that's fine with me.  or if he helps hire the next guy, as we used to say with the coaches, it feels good to now be able to say "trust the AD"

Am I the only one that feels this was all orchestrated from the get-go because Hackett is friends with Jack Harbaugh? My only question is if Michigan sought out Hackett with his connection to Jack, or did Hackett tell the U he could deliver Jack's kid? I'm wondering how long this has been sewed up...something tells me since before Brandon was fired.

Hackett is SOOO impressive.  Guy gets stuff done.  He is obviously very focused, keeps things quiet until they happen, and has a plan.

I also would like to "thank" Dave Brandon for being so incompetent with the football program, and bumbling so badly...that Hoke & Co. were broomed, along with his own ass...making room for The Happening.
