The Bowl Jersey Per Kvein Koger
@KogerNotKroger
Sneak Peak of the Bowl Jerseys

I have admired their stuff in the past, even as others preferred Nike. But my objection here is not the stripes but the nasty logo (smaller please) and retro numerals. From a design standpoint, clean tends to be good, busy bad, especially when you're viewing something at a distance.
But it's true--Denard lights that thing up, in a way that makes you forget the jersey.
Don't love it... but it isn't Oregonesque either. C'est la vie.
way. way. way. way. way worse.

On the fifth night—possibly the sixth—a breeze arose.
It was cool and dewy.
What the hell is that?

no, REALLY, WTF is that? You posted it - you hold responsibility for my eyes melting. I at least deserve some explaination. I'll have my son read it to me. My eyes no longer work.

Denard is Awesome!

This should be the normal jersey. I like it.
Those jerseys look slimming.
Stripes for piping... good tradeoff, imo. I like the clean look, but honestly think they might be a bit too bland without something on the shoulders. A couple of stripes is fine instead of numbers or a block M, imo.
COYS and lets go Detroit FC!
everything looks perfect in front of that smile
"What" ain't no country I ever heard of. They speak English in What?
I love the maize border and the shoulder stripes give it sort of a military look... I approve
"I find your lack of faith disturbing... This is Michigan fergodsakes"
Way better than whatever we had for the game in the trash tornado.

Got it from Moe's. This is what the replicas will look like: http://www.moesportshops.com/products/view/3365/1
FYI I went to M Den tonight and they will not be exactly the same as the ones they have posted. As you see in the picture of the jersey Denard is holding, there are no holes in the number. This is the same as the one on the site for both M Den and Moe's. However, the actual jerseys they will be shipping will NOT be solid numbers. They will be the cheaper replica ones that have those small holes through the jersey as well as the numbers. It's not as big of a deal on the blue ones but the white ones make it look really cheap in my opinion. Just a heads up to those looking to buy them. I would have been very disappointed had I not checked it out first.
I reeeeally like these. The normal ones not so much.
For today, goodbye. For tomorrow, good luck. And forever, Go Blue.
Are there leg holes on that thing? Seriously...
It looks like a onesie for grown ups. However, I do love it and will be adding it to the collection.

Bad angle.
Avatar is a reference to this. Go Blue!
Pretty, pretty good. They're going to look slick for the bowl game.

No to the number font. The numbers will look like they were drawn on with a pencil from a distance. Its sad that we all have to try to find something we like or say, "it could be worse".Who designs them?
Underwhelmed again.

I'd be totally content to have these as our normal away jerseys. But I still hate that I have to fear what Dave Brandon is going to pull out of his butt before every big game
with the white pants, perhaps with some maize and blue trim.
Wouldn't ind these as the everyday whites.

Not gonna lie, those are sharp jerseys. They should use these all next season.
"They will meet a dastardly fate here for that! There isn't a Michigan Man who wouldn't like go out and scalp those Buckeyes right now."
but really...i'd rather them wear these than the away jerseys with piping
bow bow
Put a maize stripe on those things right between the two blue ones and you'd have an absolutely perfect jersey.

I really, REALLY like these jerseys. And the URL jerseys. Shoot me, old windbags.

I love these jerseys. Very well done!! I'm excited to see these in NOLA
Will they have an NOB? I hope so.
Does anyone know why some QBs in the NFL (ex. Brady and Manning) wear the old style loose sleeves while most college level QBs and newly drafted QBs wear the elastic sleeves?
Has anyone else noticed that or am I just insane?

both, very likely.

If they have been wearing loose sleeves their entire career, there is little incentive to switch to something that could interfere with their throwing motion (even the smallest amount).
Newer players have been using the elastic their entire career, and are just fine with them.
You would never want to switch anything up, even a minor change can get a qb into overthinking their throwing motion and make a mistake.
I like 'em with the exception that it looks way too busy with the "M," Adidas logo and patch right in a row.
I like them - much better than the ones with that ugly yellow stripe. The only thing is that I'd switch around the M (and make it smaller) and the Adidas logo.
I'm with you. The jerseys themselves don't look so bad - I just hope they last more than just the bowl game. Isn't that how the maize piping started, come to think of it? It was first for "just the Alamo Bowl" and then became the regular white jersey and then exploded at the start of...'08 or '09 was it?
If these jerseys had a three year run they'd be a significant improvement over what came before them.
...that smile, it makes my objection to the shoulder stripes seem insigificant.
