I watched the game with a Purdue alum, which made watching the game all the more enjoyable. I asked the same question and was informed:
Similar to the 3rd down key shaking that people seem to be okay with or think it's the worst thing ever, Purdue brings out the keys for kickoff. If a student doesn't have keys to shake around they have to take off their shoe and wave it around instead. |

I recently moved down to Huntsvill , AL for an engineering job. So I see a decent amount of Miss State grads (in fact my boss is one). As I understand, they are none of the best engineering schools in the SEC, but still not at the level of Michigan, Purdue, or other Big 10 schools. |

I haven't been able to go to Cedar Point since going middle of the week in May back when we got out early as seniors in high school. You're not allowed to stay on a ride, but the only wait was the time it took you to walk back around the line. So how can I justify standing in line for 2 hours for Dragster, when I was once able to ride it 5 times, along with Millennium 3 times, and Magnum 4, within the same amount if time? |

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think is means... The "score" ESPN gives each player is a rating, not a ranking. A ranking system is not subject to score inflation, but doesn't take into account fluctuations in talent level (i.e. a "weak" year). A rating system can suffer from inflation, but can also account for talent differences from year to year. |
