Seemed like it was pretty clearly written on the wall he wasn't going to be the guy moving forward. The younger QB - Doyle I think his name is - looked markedly better than Lombardi, just clearly less experience.
Russo coming in probably all but confirmed the coaches were looking to go in another direction. He might be a pretty solid MAC QB, however. Really pretty embarrassing for Michigan how badly he torched their secondary this year. He is clearly not a B1G caliber starting QB.

He was committed to WMU and dad is a D3 head coach who won national championship last year, so wasn't really an under-the-radar guy
