Give that man the $10,000!
and just let loose a foot on my nads.
too?
Too soon. Good on you if you can get through it.
entertaining game until that last shot. Damn Harrisons suddenly discovering their stroke.
No matter how many times you watch it, you won't see a 3rd foul on Jordan Morgan.
The first one was utter tripe and resulted in a TO. That one really grinds my gears. I did think there were a couple around the basket defensively he could have been called on. But the hedge they finally called him on just illustrates how ridiculously inconsistent the refs have been all tournament and season.
So you're a glutton for punishment, eh? Whatever floats your boat, I guess.
have not watched the Louisville game again. it took me a few years to watch the North Carolina game from 93. It really just isn't enjoyable. I will regularly watch the Texas and Tennessee games for a while, and I still watch Kansas and Syracuse quite a bit from last year. The losses are too tough. You get to remember how you were going to be so happy and ended up being so sad. Even the good plays sting, sometimes more so.
"Even the good plays sting, sometimes more so."
Absolutely. I watched Stauskas bury those first half shots in UMHoops' key plays feature, and somehow they hurt more than watching Harrison hit the last second three.
It was the same thing as last year's title game. Albrecht went off and gave us a 10 point lead. Stauskas went off and gave us a 10 point lead. You just think about what might have been...
Why would anyone want to watch a replay of a loss?
Great, but it's still a heart breaking defeat. I just don't know why you want to go through it again. I never watch replays of losses.
it was a great and entertaining game---and as a basketball fan (and not just a Michigan one) there are great highlights to watch.
And since ya know the result going in, the disappointment at the end should be manageable.
people are cool with it and some people aren't. I "can" watch them, it does not make things worse, it is just not enjoyable to me. Eventually I will watch it. I mean, it wasn't like I rushed to break out the video of The Game 2006 a week after it went down. Since then I have come to accept it and am able to watch and even enjoy segments of it, but it certainly was not right away.
I cant upload cbs games they take them down in a few hours. Mgovideo has highlights up i think that should be enough right?
I'd wait until a couple weeks or so after the tournament is all done and try re-uploading them again. I think it's because all of these games are still available thru ncaa.com. Otherwise they'd see that you all of last year's games and take them down as well. But amazingly enough Wofford is still up and running?!?
The Louisville game is much harder to watch, because we were so close. A few plays/points away from the pinnacle. I watched it for the first time on TV, before the tourney started when BTN was doing those replays. I was probably more emotional than I was walking out of the Georgia Dome.
Never again.
That Simpsons video is great though.
Both of these games we had a decent lead that we just couldn't hold onto. Went to Atlanta with my friends, great game, terrible end. Watched it with him at his house 2 months later just to see what it looked like on TV. We decided to stop and delete at the end of the first half.
I actually feel worse about Kentucky because we had a more experienced team with a double digit lead and there were clear areas of weakness to continue attacking when we had droughts. Lville 2nd half just felt like a game we were destined to lose when they pulled ahead. Proud of M hoops this year; quite tired of losing the critical games in FB,BB and Hockey.
Unless you could make the ending different this time.
Or, you could go do something fun and exciting for about two hours and then just punch yourself in the nuts. It would be about the same.
It really was a great game, but was also a tough way to go out. We took a team full of rented NBA rookies to the limit, and only lost because they did very well the one thing that they were not supposed to be able to do well (shoot threes). Sometimes you bury the dagger in Kansas, and sometimes you get the dagger buried in you.
ncaa.com still has full game streams. here's "Game 504"

enjoy.
I'm washing my hair again.
