Posters of Yore

When I saw the Mid Winter U-M baseball diary I immediately thought of Formerly Anonymous. MGoBlog has had some wonderful posters come and go. FA was one of my favorites. McFarlin is another one mainly because he would piss Brain off so much. Who have you missed?

I really couldn't stand Dex. I actually used to get in e-pissing matches with Chitown Blue because I associated him with Dex. These days it seems like I agree with damn near everything Chitown says.

When I think of the most sordid, dreary, and discomfiting moments of the Rodriguez tenure, I think of Dex. (Note that one can either be a supporter or critic of Rodriguez and still find dark moments over those three years; no argument is to be provoked hereby!)

He did that after BiSB told him that he could kind of "cave himself" by changing his username. If you go to the moderator action sticky on the app you should be able to see most of that conversation. I'd also take a look at BiSB's retirement thread in the app for more reasons he gave for his departure.

But if I recall right, there may have been two or more different people using the RDT account trying to start up their own recruiting blog. Or that's what I think he posted in a thread. (I'd go back and look if I gave a damn) Regardless, hilarious epic failure. What's funny, is that RDT was wildly popular and it might have worked. The more I live, the more I'm convinced God has a great sense of humor.

em0

EDIT: Whoa, i just realized something while googling old em0 threads. One of his many screen names was BlueAdams. I also frequent a Red Wings board called Lets Go Wings and there is a poster there, named BlueAdams, who is notorious for posting "lines threads" where he gives a sentence or two of rambling opinions and then posts his idea of what lines Mike Babcock should run. em0 may be dead and banished on mgoblog but he lives on at LGW.

I am with you. The divide that existed amongst the fan base during the RR years was actually insanely entertaining. Now that things have gotten back to where they used to be it seems rather dull.
