Nancy Kerrigan was an ice skater whose rival, T__H__, allegedly urged thugs to kneecap the former during a competition. (it worked temporarily) Compare with Drake and, well, I know I laughed. And then I felt ashamed.

She was sanctioned but never convicted by a court of law on the battery charge just an obstruction. T_H_ would later ferk up plenty and earn her own personal jail time. So on the kneecapping charge, technically, not guilty.
Turd's comparison did make me nearly chop off a finger as I am prepping supper. Still was worth it.

This is surprising to me....Drake looked great in the bowl game. Davis on the other hand didn't do much to impress me with his opportunities last season. Must have put in some serious work over the offseason.
I'm cautiously optimistic about Isaac.

Davis wasn't on the team last year. Kingston Davis is a 2016 recruit. I think you mean Isaac. He's apparently gotten his weight down (although still high according to depth chart) and added speed.

I feel bad for Drake Johnson. He's always stepped up when we needed him, only to have an injury cut his playing time short. I hope he still gets a fair shot at full strength.

recruit that got downgraded to four, then redshirted at the easiest position to play as a freshman (and the 3rd freshman on the depth chart). That downward trajectory and a redshirt for lack of leg strength would be not great, Bob. I'm sure we're scarred from previous 5 star flameouts at RB though.

Yeah, its been a shame about all of the 5-star backs that Alabama has recruited that couldn't even play as freshman. They must have all been terrible.

He's probably referring to our 5* RBs who haven't worked out well: Kelly Baraka and Derrick Green, possibly Ty Isaac. (Personally, I wouldn't include Isaac in that group).

There was some talk about Walker needing to add lower body strength. It makes sense that he redshirts considering there's no real need for him with everyone ahead of him. I'm interested to see if Davis lasts at RB. I feel like him and Walker can be Thunder and Lightning duo.

+1 informative, forgot he enrolled early. But still, it's so early there could be a million simple reasons he's not high on the depth chart. Hell, he could have had a bad case of the flu for a week.
