They do make Michigan stuff in their 'pink' brand. I only know because I was in VS in Ann Arbor with my girlfriend and she bought some of it. I'm pretty sure they do this for a lot of schools and place the product regionally

Bolivia is an mgomeme. Back when negbombs meant something someone confused Bolivia with oblivion. Hence, negged to oblivion turned into negged to Bolivia and it has stuck ever since.

Partially true. It originates with Mike Tyson at the end of his career. He got worked by, I believe, Lennox Lewis(?) and realized he was done, and was giving a post-fight interview the night of the fight. He said "I don't know, I may just fade into Bolivian.."
That's part 1. The MGoPart: For awhile, when there was a serious neg-bang party and someone was getting negged like crazy, some would refer to it as being neg-bombed to Bolivia. Then someone cleverly called it Bolivian and posted the Tyson video and it stuck.
