Down goes Tex A&M. What a job by Guz Malzahn. Alabama all of a sudden isn't looking nearly as invincible.
well that's just, like, your opinion, man
I really hope LSU finally goes down they are just not good.
I hope ND gets crushed by USC...
Win to make the night complete
The sideline reporter lady in the lsu/ole miss game is easy on the eyes. Believe she did our game last week.
Nice call Brian Kelly...ha ha
The call was the right one. The execution was another story.
Notre Dame just does not block well on 4th and short.
29-7 ASU over Washington. Huskies clearly aren't responding well after the Oregon hammering.
would love for someone to throw up a link to anywhere i can watch it after the fact
Anyone watching UFC 166?
Go noles!!!!! >-------->
This Clemson entrance is...interesting
I don't understand it. Some players are already on the field?
Right. That was Tahj Boyd on the field already wasn't it? Maybe captains had to be there already but, yea, weird. Didn't know about the whole bus scenario personally.
longest entrance of all time
I have to admit this whole Clemson bus entrance is pretty damn cool.
Come on, Clemson.
Props to ABC for letting us just watch te entrance by both teams and their approach
Dangerous running down that hill. I wonder if anyone has taken a spill.
That entrance was...something. I don't know what is stranger, the bus thing or the fact that all the players/coaches kind of end up running onto the field individually.
Still Not sure on this game. I think I'm taking Florida St. and their freshman QB to prevail in this electric atmosphere.
Wow...fumbled first play of game. Good start in Clemson territory for Winston now.
36-14 ASU. Washington looked so good a couple of weeks ago and now looking at their schedule they wil probably go 8-4/7-5.
27-0 Baylor. Seastrunk would be a heisman contender if he actually got to play an entire game.
I see Mettenberger has reverted to pre-2013 form. 3 INTs in the first half.
And before I finish typing this Baylor makes it 34-0.
Wellll...Florida St. seems rattled
Dabo gon Dabo. Dumb challenge, lose timeout and now no more challenges.
Ole Miss 10-0 over LSU after 3 first half INT. If they go down with A&M down and Florida losing and Georgia losing South Carolina losing and... well if there was a 4 team playoff this year maybe the SEC would only get 2 slots instead of their rightful 3 spots!
If Alabama loses at the wrong time the SEC will not have a rep in the Nat Champ game. I guess we would have to see how other conference champs look but many of the top teams in the SEC are two loss teams now. I'm predicting Michigan is top 20 tomorrow given some of these results.
Have got to play well but we can beat State and if that happens watch out rest of Big Ten.
Meanwhile, the Illini have gone from actually having negative net yardage on offense to having a little over fifty yards of offense on this drive, so there is that. Illinois runs some option and they are driving at the Wisconsin 22 now.
Looking like Michigan will be ranked again next week with Florida and ASU putting in awful performances.
I really hate that Irish mascot dude.
Clemson: "At least the stadium intro went well..."
Has anyone welcomed Bert Beilema to the SEC yet? I'm actually happy to watch Bama truck someone for the first time in my life.
They should've kept John L.
Wisconsin is still getting over seven yards per carry on average, but then Illinois is getting a shade over five yards per carry. Wisconsin is on track to have a really slow ruahing night by Badger standards, so there is that. Of course, the remaining thirty minutes can change this.
For some reason I think Illini give MSU a fight next week. They cant run on MSU but they could employ the ND strategy and get their passing game going; that is where MSU is vulnerable. Dont know what MSU offense shows up next week and Illini horrid on defense but its a game before MSU's annual super bowl matchup and its a Big 10 road game; they could be looking ahead.
Oh Hugh Freeze.... 24-14 Ole Miss!
Jameis Winston is the real deal. He's ridiculous for just a RS Fr. Heismans are in his future
Andrew Hendrix is really bad at throwing the ball
So that Jameis Winston is pretty good. I'm sure OSU fans will be bitching tomorrow about FSU jumping them.
Hard to root for Ole Miss but I am tired of LSU benefiting from the SEC circle jerk
Jameis Winston is absurd. Musberger is correct in saying he's going to the top ot the Heisman charts, I think that if this game holds he's got to be your frontrunner by a mile. No one has set themselves apart yet and Winston is just ridonkulous. He's got my vote
Hotty Toddy! Down goes LSU!
has lost faith in their field goal kicker
Ranked SEC teams are 1-5 today with the only win being Missouri I'm sure this just means all the SEC teams they lost to should also be ranked.
Notre Dame is gonna blow it.
And they're also using Seven Nation Army
No Oregon? They'd be awfully hard to push to the side if they're undefeated, too.
Then again, I'd be okay with Oregon going to the Rose Bowl and giving OSU a serious reality check.
I'm not quite ready to pencil Ohio into the Rose Bowl just yet...
SEC is going to have to regroup and do some soul searching after this weekend...
Not sure if either of these offers were legit but I find it strange OSU and ND both offered Winston and we didn't bother to give it the old college try.
USC got 10 points. ND must have a good defense. Good thing we had our offensive crew to put up points. Borges!
Well, FSU will absolutely and should jump Ohio in the rankings and become number three. Man, Clemson...way to get completely owned by Winston and FSU. What a slaughter.
One could make an argument FSU could be #2 or even #1. No one has a more impressive win of these top 3 teams. Oregon has been blowing out a lot of nobodies - best win is @Washington. Alabama's @Texas A&M but a very close game. FSU just went on the road and decimated the #3 team in the nation.
FSU only has had one game that was not a laugher - @ BC
FSU only games that should be "losable" on paper are Miami and @ FL although the latter seems to be a paper tiger this year. Oregon's big game @ Stanford, and Alabama home v LSU seems to be the main one. Conference championship games are the main stumbles aside from that.
There is too much voter bias for what has happened the previous years and not focusing on what the actual teams that are playing this year have done
Unless Oregon and Alabama lose they will be in the title game. They are simply to far a head right now. And that Oregon destruction of the Vols keeps looking better and better.
Clemson is getting about 3.5 yrds per offensive snap, so the seven points has pretty much been a nicety giving that level of trouble when it comes to movinf the ball. Florida State, on the other hand is moving the ball at about twice that rate. Meanwhile, Jameis Winston has a very "meh" 176.18 passer rating at the moment.
I was so excited for this game all week and good lord did that thing turn into a snoozer fairly quickly. Now I'm switching between the Oregon and Oregon State games. Oregon game is getting out of hand, but the OSUw game is good thus far.
Clemson absolutely pooped themselves
Although I love seeing upsets, I'm praying FSU, Oregon, and Alabama don't lose a game just to keep Ohio out of the national title picture (assuming M doesn't beat them, but I think we will).
Ohio is clearly not as good as any of those three teams.
I'm sorry for all of you Tigers fans, but I'm kind of glad because I'm tired of Sam's and Ira's talking about the Tigers on The Michigan Insider. I hate baseball and cannot stand it when they talk about that sport.
Clemson was ranked third in the country and just got smashed. I don't care about Akron or giving up 89 points the last two games, this college football season is flawed.
I didn't think anything could be crazier than last year...I was wrong.
Oregon's over 500 total yards, one play into the 3rd quarter.
Well, the OSUw/California game sucks. I was really hoping for a good night cap, but at least Wazzou is only down ten, but then again, it's freaking Oregon they're playing, so I'm sure it's only a matter of time before the Ducks are ahead by 20some+.
EDIT: aaaaaaand here we go. My GOD I want that offense for Michigan. Also, they clearly have the hottest cheerleaders in America.
Oregon just stuck another one in the end zone to go up 17.
and now they just intercepted it. well, as i stated, only a matter of time before oregon started to shut down wazzou. dah well. was gonna stay awake to watch game day final, but i'm about to go to sleep.
I don't mind watching it, just for the beauty of the offense.
Wisconsin 56, Illinois 32.
Alabama 52, Arkansas 0.
Missouri is legit. Their defense is awesome.
Wow, I don't know much about Washington State, but 83 pass attempts by their QB
