Also tonight on ESPN2 at 10:30 the Galaxy play Chivas USA, it will be interesting to see if Juan Agudelo sees the field tonight after being traded from NY. You wouldn't expect a guy to play after just a couple practices with the team but Chivas is desperate for some offense so it is a possibility.

1 year 32 weeks ago	Trust me	the wings are more than fine. First, look at the division. We are 6 points out but have 2 games in hand. We are younger than we have been in years, we have incredible depth in the organization (Smith and Nyquist who are all in GR could both be NHL players right now and don't forget that Mursak was suppose to be the big addition to the team from the farm this year and he hasn't played yet due to injury), and we have 5.6 million dollars in cap space for Holland to make a move at the deadline (top 6 winger please and thank you). We will once again coast into the playoffs.  I do find it interesting how much Filpulla's shooting percentage has dropped this year, Babcock has been on him for years about shooting the puck more and this year (at least early on) he seemed to be doing that. As the year goes on I think one of two things happens here, either the puck starts going in for him and we have another dynamic two way forward to compliment Zetterberg and Datsyuk or else he goes back to being mostly a defensive specialist and picking his spots offensively, either way that shooting percentage will go up.

1 year 33 weeks ago	Both at noon	with M and State both playing at noon you probably aren't going to have any luck in EL. You might try Champs on Lake Lansing road in Lansing, very close to EL but its a big place I am sure they will have both on.
1 year 35 weeks ago	watching on tv	I was amazed at the lack of energy in the building, even with the wild up 2-0 the crowd was silent. I expect that sort of thing in Phoenix, not in an actual hockey market.

1 year 35 weeks ago	Owners	The owners of the Silverdome are an uber rich Greek family that want nothing more than to own a professional soccer team so this could actually happen. The biggest obstacle at the moment is getting the go ahead from MLS because next year Montreal is getting a team and they plan to add a 20th team the following season but the commissioner of MLS is determined to put a second team in the New York area so it will be tough for Detroit to win the expansion bid.

1 year 37 weeks ago	St. Johns	I am so proud that my hometown is being discussed on an mgothread. It is amazing how much our wrestling program here has taken off. IIRC a kid just moved to SJ from Illinois specifically to be on our wrestling team. Also Massa and co are heading down to Ohio this year to wrestle a team thats ranked #1 in the nation in high school.
