On a side note, if we win and make a run in the BTT (say to the Championship) with a win over OSU I think we would need to get consideration for a 2 seed if other conference tourneys go our way.
My rationale for saying this is that two of the four two seeds right now are OSU and MSU. If we beat both or either during the conference tourney (with a win today) then not only would our profile improve but their's would regress.
First thing's first though.
Here's hoping for a bright future. This team does try hard and I will continue to support them.

I'd agree with that. If Michigan makes the tournament finals, they have a solid shot at a number 2 seed. A tournament championship probably makes them a lock for a 2 seed. OSU has struggled so much down the stretch that they may not be able to hold onto their 2 seed if Michigan beats them in the tourney--which would open up that spot for Michigan.
