Entenmanns used to make this banana cake that was sooo delicious. It had these little chocolate swirls on top. Haven't seen it in probably 20 years, but I still check the display at Kroger everytime I go.

Even after an undefeated 13-0 season (better than the 1997 season 12-0 record!), we still lost a game. So yeah, losing a game or two is a safe bet.
What we’re hoping and expecting is for this season to be the outlier.

Thanks may be. It didn't seem to bother Georgia players last years or Alabama players for all those years when they were on top. Hoping coaches keep the players grounded showing what happened vs TCU. This could be a different team. We will see.

Alabama rarely has gone undefeated under Saban. Only one or two of Saban's NC titles have been undefeated seasons.

The coaches themselves should watch what happened (in the first half, at least) against TCU.

Georgia is on a 21 game winning streak. They are looking shaky as of late. This Michigan team needs to stay focused on their mission and the senior leadership along with the coaching staff will be the ones who can pull this off.
If Michigan were to lose it would come in those last three games in November.
On the other hand, many have to see it happen in order to believe that a perfect season can be achieved.

1994 Michigan would verify that. But 2006 Michigan didn't have a lot of preseason praise, but it was a really good team that felt like a team of destiny. But they came up short (somewhat of their own making).

yup - and i hate that the players have been talking "national championship" publicly as the goal since the summer.
When we beat OSU the past 2 years, our goals were - 1. beat our rivals 2. win the b10.
The lofty goals are why psu and osu might pants us.
I hope I'm wrong but I hate the talk. We haven't won titles like georgia, clemson, bama, osu, that allow such lofty talk.

After the embarrassing loss to a non-elite TCU team, in which we were barely ever even in competitive contact, and yet were clearly talent-superior- this team should be incredibly humble and hungry. All it takes it is one bad game. And last year, that bad game occurred at the worst moment.
